“The host didn't speak in english at all, and made everyone else use translator but not herself.”

Location was great and the bathrooms and showers were really neat.

The receptionist was soooo rude to me when I tried explaining to her that I was going to arrive late due to transportation problem

I arrived outside at ThePlacetobe and I rang the owner. She went crazy on the phone , screaming and Shouting like a mad woman, I rang her to try and find the accommodation. I asked a Lady 3 doors down who runs a souvenir shop on the corner and she politely showed me to the accommodation. On arrival she greeted me at the door by screaming and shouting at the front door in Spanish, it said on her website she spoke English and Spanish. After 10 minutes of being screamed and shouted at she was as nice as pie, so I taught she calmed down. However!! the following morning I asked for directions to a particular site I wanted to see, she went absolutely crazy again , like a woman Possessed. She started hitting my phone with her finger, screaming and roaring at me again, I was Terrified. So I had 3 nights booked, I could only stay one night as I felt it was not safe to stay for another 2 nights. I booked another hotel in the square of Valladolid. I told her I was leaving and she couldn't care less. But this is were it got interesting. She went onto booking.com immediately after I left that morning, put me down as a no show, as thought I never turned up, so she got to keep the 3 nights I paid for, but I could only safely stay for one night, and she deleted all the WhatsApp messages I sent her the day I turned up , I still have the calls I made to her phone. I contacted booking.com that evening but they were notified that I didn't show up, they contacted her, but no surprise she never got back to them. Please people avoid this Woman at all costs. ,

Good location. An easy 20 min walk from the train station and close to the centre. It's a lovely old property with lots of character and charm. My room was very cute with a balcony and views over the rooftops. The kitchen and access to coffee was also nice.

It was clean, and was in the center.

Property is beautiful and most interesting interior design with great atmosphere, also extremely clean place. The woman who been waiting for me on my arrival and who takes care of this place is the most beautiful person I ever meet :) Extremely friendly, funny and she have a lot of respect and patience :)

It was so loud from the streets, old windows

Lovely authentic house nearly 200 years old. A very comfortable stay, nice staff and great value for money.

Couldn't get in. Extremely noisy. Lack of basic facilities.

A wonderfully quirky B&B with a mix of room to sort everyone and good facilities. It had the feeling of living in a shared apartment. The host was lovely. Breakfast was very welcome.

I'm going to keep it short here - I never write reviews.... but this is just something out of space. Just read the Tripadvisor reviews and the bad ones here and you get an idea what kind of situation you may be facing here. The most mindblowingly idiotic experience ever with an accomodation. Whatever they may comment here, it is something they entirely just made up in their mind and buildt upon that. Avoid like the plague... you will probably have a better experience sleeping at the train station...
