“We have been so much taken by this accommodation that we spontaneoulsy booked another 2 nights the weekend after our 1st”
Amazing historic building, excellently and expertly restored with an appealing clean and modern interior. A unique and quite place directly located next to an - also restored - windmill. The parking is on the B&B grounds. We stayed in the room ‚De Binnenplaats‘, very cozy, with everything needed including air condition and a mini terasse with 2 chairs, a table and a parasol. Matrassess are very good so that we had a real good night‘s sleep. We can highly recommend to also book the breakfast: it was a perfect start into the day with Cappuccino, fresh fruit and yoghurt, granola, boiled egg, cheese, ham, marmelade etc etc etc. If the weather allows, breakfast is on the front terrasse. Big thanks to the super nice hosts !

“A B&B with warm hospitality and comfort in a charming setting”
Warm hospitality and comfort in a charming setting What a stunning historic building, located in the heart of a vast natural reserve. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly owners. Our room was full of character, beautifully decorated, with a lovely bathroom — spotlessly clean and featuring wonderfully comfortable beds. In the morning, we enjoyed a generous and fresh breakfast, thoughtfully prepared by our hostess. We also had the pleasure of sitting outside on the terrace, enjoying the peace and quiet. We only stayed one night, but we’ll definitely be back!

“Excellent”
A beautiful converted dairy in a small village , next to a working windmill, what’s not to like ,😀 there is a pub/restaurant and a small take a way food shop. There is also a world class equestrian site . We opted to have breakfast there wasn’t a choice but we had fresh fruit with yogurt ,bolied egg with a section of cheese and meat and assorted bread and pastries all served with a choice of tea or coffees . The B&B de oude melkfabriek were extremely accommodating as we made a short notice booking with them as the B n B we had previously booked which was on our tour route unfortunately became flooded and they had to cancel our stay . This B&B is also a short drive or a long walk to Achel Monastery where there is a shop and restaurant. Although you will find a lot of places are closed on a Monday .

“Feel warm and comfortable- hospitality great”
Like the beautiful location next to Windmill and landscape was beautiful to walk in neighbourhood. The house was interesting and comfortable. Hospitality great.
