they are super nice and kind and polite and helpful, they also offer and incredibly delicious breakfast, it is possible to book also for dinner there which totally worth it, all the restaurants were already booked in Bormio so we decided to stay at the hotel and booked the dinner there, it was incredibly delicious and totally worth it.

the COVID-regualtions have been fully followed. The room is good standard and the breakfast was served by the hotel staff according the the current COVID-situation. Overall it was very clean and quite.

The breakfast was excellent and very well served. The staff was very polite and despite some issues with the language always able to help as much as they could.
