We were so pleased to have chosen this apartment for our 6 night stay at the end of April for the Valencia Ironman. It exceeded all our expectations. We have stayed in many apartments and this is one of the very best. It is in a gated complex so very safe and secure at all times also so quiet at night, no noise at all. The neighbourhood around also felt safe. It is really close to the beach and a good supermarket is just a short walk away as are several good restaurants. The apartment has a very well equipped kitchen with all pans/utensils etc we could possibly need. Everywhere was spotlessly clean including the pool area. We were impressed with all the unexpected thoughtful little extras in the apartment for us to use, beach towels, beach chairs and all the toiletries we need for a very comfortable stay. We spent a lot of time on our private roof terrace, it really was fabulous. The beds were lovely and comfortable and there was so much storage space for clothes etc, large wardrobes and drawers in both of the bedrooms. A good powerful shower and always plenty of hot water. We honestly have nothing negative to say about this apartment, it is absolutely superb and we highly recommend staying there, we loved it.

“Perfect stay for a combination of beach and city.”

Perfect stay, very well equipped apartment almost directly at the beach. We stayed with our kids (3 and 4) and had the best time. The kids loved the swing on the roof terrace. It was lovely to stay this close to the beach but also not to far from the city. We hired two bikes with child seats and did several trips. The host is very kind and quick to answer any questions we had and also helped us very well. We definitely would like to come back in the future.

Host was welcoming and very easy to chat to. He met us on the day of arrival - was also ok to meet us early which worked out well as we had two little kids in tow! The flat is beautiful, well equipped with all facilities you may require, terrace upstairs is stunning and very big. The facilities such as pool and playground are brilliant and ideal if you come stay with children. The pool definitely exceeded our expectations. Within the flat everything is provided including exceptional touches like beach towels, beach toys for kids - both of which we'd brought our own but appreciate the thought. Beach is very close to walk to too.

Location near the sea was really lovely. It was on a bus route. Area was peaceful. The property was very comfortable . The host was very friendly and responsive.

Location is excellent, apartment is very nice, clean, beautiful view, near the beach, very practice, there are all you need, two terraces, very comfortable, with garage for car excellent. Hosts are so friendly and they fulfilled all our requirements. All necessary you need....there are in apartment....so cute.
