We have been here for a four days and everything was such as described (maybe even better) and we are very satisfied with our stay here - I can say excelent. If we come to Valencia again someday there will be no hesitation to pick this place again for our stay.

“Just perfect sun, sea and peaceful”

First of all. Thank you @ Aitor for everything. You are so funny and so caring. Next year I will stay there whole month. Looking for sunshine, comfort, safe, good location, quiet, beautiful area, enough hot water for showers, amazing balcony's that protect you for rain or wind, but also gives you fresh air if it is too hot. Breathtaking views, with safe drink water system in the kitchen It is clean too. Few steps to bus 31 takes you to down town, China Town, Ruzafa, or malls. Buy suma 10 trip card at tobacco store, beautiful and nice lady there and go. It is on sale 50% off for 4€, and come back to recharge your card. Cigarettes here are cheaper than at the airport. Consum supermarket is nearby, next to a big Chinese store. I left my shopping trolley behind the apartment, it is easier if you carry a lot of stuff like us. Basic Fit for work out, but use the beach boulevard if you want to run, or walk like us Suma building on the right has indoor swimming, wellness jacuzzi/sauna. €15 for 90 minutes. Heaven. Restaurants are nearby. But after trying out a few there, as difficult eater, I rather go to downtown for my foods. Much cheaper and delicious too. Menu of the day only for 13 euro and good. My husband and I love this apartment so much, we don't want to go home. Beds are so nice, big and comfortable. Tv has a lot of movie channels in English. The oven works perfect The bbq is fine for my ribeye steaks and hamburgers. Totally recommended. Aitor guided us how to get in the apartment from the beginning till the end. Such a sweetheart Too bad we had to leave

“Fantastic vacation in a lovely apartment _ Alboraya/Valencia”

For five years our family has been choosing Spain for vacation. This time we decided to stay in Valencia. We carefully studied the places of accommodation and chose NON STRESS Ático Dúplex con vistas al MAR. Our choice exceeded all our expectations. We agree with previous reviews that there is absolutely ALL for a great vacation: equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, fantastic terrace, amazing view of the sea, pool, comfortable beds in the bedrooms. We always bring candles with us for romantic dinners on the balcony, but here these were kindly provided by our host. All photos are real, but in reality everything is much more beautiful. But the most beautiful part of this apartment is its host Aitor. Just an amazing person: attentive, hospitable, understanding. Despite the fact that during our stay he was in another city, Aitor was always in touch with us on WhatsApp. He helped us to solve some technical problem that arose, immediately the next day. Any question we had was answered immediately and we received great recommendations on interesting places to visit in Valencia. Many thanks to Aitor for a marvelous apartment and a wonderful vacation.

The accommodation was amazing. It has everything you could need, including very comfortable beds, sea view, beautiful private terrace, swimming pool, supermarket close by, beside the bus stop to the city. The host was so helpful with all information etc. This place will be hard to beat!

Excellent location, mini Market across the road, supermarket not too far away, quick walk to beach & restaurants, no.31 bus stops up the road & will take you straight into heart of Valencia city. Aitor was very helpful.

Very nice apartment.

Amazing location, stunning apartment with absolutely everything you need for a great holiday. The kitchen was fully equipped plus there were additional touches like a coffee.machine, lovely glasses and crockery and even a wine cooler. There were chairs and an umbrella for the beach plus racket ball bats and balls. Aitor our host was fantastic in the run up to our holiday...Great communication and nothing was a bother. The 31 bus stops right outside the apartment and goes straight into the heart of the city centre. There were loads of lovely restaurants and cafes within a few minutes walk from the apartment. I am very much looking forward to a return visit.

Location, swimming pool with lifeguard, padle Court, playground, customer support, facility itself, view from the terraces, comfortable bed, washing machine

Location was super for the beach. Consum supermarket was close by and had everything you needed. The host was available always to answer any questions. The apartment had everything we needed, excellent cooking facilities and cupboards full with spices, oils, vinegars, teas and lots more. There was a generous supply of detergents and towels also which is most unusual. The little coffee machine was perfect and there was also a supply of capsules for it. We replenished what we felt was appropriate but this apartment had everything we needed including a good hair dryer, shampoo and shower gel.Netflix was useful too - it was like home away from home. Our host was most accommodating and organised our tax,i as we left it to the last minute on the night of a football final in the city😨 This accommodation allowed us have a Non Stress week in the sun with a beautiful beach across the road and a well maintained and supervised pool as part of the complex. This area is so, so quiet, not a sound interfering with your sleep. Thank you so much Atior- you are a super host😁👏

“FANTASTIC”

This has been the best rental apartment I've been to so far in Valencia. Aitor, the owner, met us on arrival to explain and show everything to us. What a lovely guy. You can contact him any time if you have any questions. Nothing is too much trouble. You will find everything you need in the apartment (and i mean EVERYTHING!). Quiet, clean and comfortable. Fantastic area with good public transport and services. Highly recommended! Thanks Aitor! We will come back.

Aitor is very kind and helpful! He doesn't have problem with any of our demands, bring us extra mattresses and when we had a problem with a sink, he comes immediately.
