Flat was perfect for one person. I stayed for a month and cooked a lot of my own meals. So close to the Turia Park and the City of Arts and Sciences, I enjoyed a lot of running and walking in the area and felt very safe! The beach was close (less than 30 min walk) and so was the city centre. There was also a supermarket (Consum) immediately next door. I can't fault my stay here :) All of the staff were friendly and helpful and there were plenty of areas to study. The free gym was a great bonus also!

The accommodation was worth the price. Short-term stays are always pricier than long-term rentals, but within that context, it was a good deal. The staff were super helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any issues or questions. The place was spotless, and the appliances and amenities were more than sufficient. I didn't need to buy anything except food and a few small items. Plus, having a laundry room on the bottom floor was a huge convenience. Overall, a great place to stay.

“Great value for price”
I stayed for 6 weeks during summer for the second year in a row. The studios are nice, just enough for one person and are a good value for price during high season in Valencia. Studios are equipped and the property is quite new and well kept, clean and maintained. The location is great, close to the center, close to Ciudad de las artes (around the corner) and relatively close to the beach, too. Bus stops and bike stations in front of the building, metro 10 mins walk. Overall, great choice for solo travelers, work and travel or remote work from home office. I'll definitely come back.

I was here last year as well. And the studio's are very clean and you have everything you need. Also downstairs laundry Area and room to study or to relax. Supermarkt and shops are really next door and to walk to the beach or city as you like
