Very nice and fully equipped apartment. The host is very helpful and available for any assistance needed. Suitable location - tram 10 is the gateway to the city centre, and you can walk to the City of Arts, Oceanogràfic and the quarter good restaurants.

Clean and comfortable apartment, close to attractions but away from the crowd. The owners are always willing to serve you.

“A fabulous stay!”

We had a fabulous stay in this apartment. The apartment has everything you need, it was spotless and its very modern with lots of storage etc. It is located very close to the Carrefour shopping centre, the Oceanografic aquarium ( a must see) and the Arts and Science building. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance. We visited Malcom and Barrett during our stay- the food and cocktails were delicious. Finally, the host was so accommodating and communication before and during our stay was excellent. He facilitated an early check-in as the apartment was ready and he held our bags on departure. There was bananas and breadsticks waiting for us on arrival, which was a lovely touch. The pool area was very clean. It has two pools; a large pool and a baby pool which was great. I would highly recommend this apartment.

“Perfect base for exploring Valencia as a family.”

A well decorated loft apartment with all amenities. Everything required for our stay was to hand. The apartment is spotless, secure and comfortable. The apartment is less than 5 minutes walk to the nearest tram stop and just as close to a large shopping mall. It is a few stops from Valencia Nord from where you can explore Valencia. Pool, gym and a small playground which we found very useful on site too. We used the apartment as our base to see Bioparc, Hemispheric, Oceanografic and more. I would highly recommend the apartment and the host was extremely aaccommodating, easy to communicate with and arranged a travel cot and high chair etc for us on request.

Everything was perfect. New building, Clean, nice deco, comfortable and perfectly stocked with all necessities.

Great location, especially if you are in the city to run or see the marathon. The place was very clean, well decorated and well equiped. The hosts are easily reachable and very accommodating.

It was clean, well equipped and well thought out. Ground Floor access was very convenient for getting in and out, and for accessing the pool.

“Fantastic”

Excellent location very near to the number 10 tramline. So easy to each everywhere. Very close to arts and sciences and easy and fast ride into town. Restaurants nearby, great pool that was mainly empty! High standard of decor with lots of amenities.

Clean and modern apartment with all the necessities and amenities.The hosts were very friendly and helpful, responding quickly to any requests. Fruit, biscuits and various teas and coffees were awaiting us on our arrival, which was a welcome treat after our long journey. The property is well located for the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias and Old Town,and is well served by public transport. The metro station is a short walk away. All is all we had a comfortable stay and would highly recommend.

“Amazing experience in Valencia”

Alejandro, our host, has been amazing! He welcome us for our check in late during the evening, as our flight landed at night & late. He was friendly, the place was lovely & clean. Baby chair & cot were ready. He also thought about fruits, baby pouch, water... little things that really make a difference when you're tired & travelling with kids. As shops were closed, he also gave us 2 beers :-) perfect way for us to start our long weekend. Our host was available the entire stay, answered all our questions about some recommendations etc. to visit the towns & restaurants. Well located, closed to the Science Museum & Oceanographic. Transports are close by to reach the center or zoo ;-)

Well equipped apartment (dish- and clothes washing machine, espresso, kettle etc), a "welcome box" with fruits, bottled water, tea and coffee waiting for us upon arrival. Clean and spacious, on a ground floor of a 15 storey high block of flats, with access to a terrace (we did not use), in an area still under construction (but we could not notice disturbing noises). Comfortable bed and coach, a lot of storage space, good lightening. Perfect location, 5-6 min walk to the tram-station (line 10) that takes you (3 stations) to the city center and from there other 3 stations to the Bioparc by subway/Metro or 2 stations to the L'Oceanographic. One can reach also by foot the City of Arts and Science within 10-15 min walking. Supermarket also in walkable distance. Owners very kind and helpfull. Would highly recommend the flat, both for couples or couples with 1-2 children.
