“Great location. Quiet room. Simple.”

It was a quiet private dorm style room. The location was close to the center by walking or metro. Breakfast was simple but did the trick. The room was cleaned everyday and had the option of a cooking stove.

Good location only 5 minutes from metro station. Clean comfortable room. Good breakfast. Student accommodation right opposite Mestalla stadium. I used the gym in the basement and enjoyed my stay.

The location was great, and the personnel were super sweet and helpful.

It had everything we needed and metro was nearby, bus stops were close too. Only 20 mins walk to old centre. Nice stadium right outside and also good that bike racks were right outside.

Location is very convinient, metro is a few minutes away, the cente can also be reached on foot very quickly. The lady at the reception is very friendly.

“Always a great place In a great neighborhood for a great price”

I've stayed here several times for an event down the street at The Almeida. And we'll probably be back next year. You can't beat the price in this wonderful neighborhood. They were going through a major remodel in the lobby, but my room, the elevator, my kitchenette, the hot water, and the quietness all worked perfectly.

I was here for a wedding and chose the hotel as the coaches were picking us up from the stadium. It was so close which was fantastic. My room was on the top floor and had a huge balcony (sun trap even in October!) with an absolutely incredible view of Valencia FC stadium! The room had everything I needed. Comfortable and clean. I can’t fault it, was great!

The room was not large but it was comfortable for my needs. I liked the possibility to store food in a fridge and prepare hot drinks or simple meals. The kitchen area was very clean and well kept. The bathroom was well equipped with a large shower, shower head was clean and limescale-free and there was a large shelf and enough hooks to hang towels, clothes etc. The air conditioning worked well and was quiet. Staff was kind and helpful (I could also borrow a hairdryer which was given to me immediately and in good condition).

The location was good. Good value to for money. When the renovations are complete will be a great budget place to stay

The location is perfect - easy access to the metro, the parks are close to the hotel. Cafes, restaurants, supermarkets are all close, too. The small room is equipped with a cook tub, fridge, pans, plates, etc. It has a private small but clean bathroom. It even has a small balcony.

“Tiny room but budget friendly”

It's a dorm room so it is very tiny. It is fine for few nights if you will only sleep there. Bring your clean towels and a beach towel too. Close to Consum store and SUMA gym (3.85€/day).
