The apartment was stunning, ideal for a family with small kids, very clean and comfortable and it even has a playroom changing table cot etc there's nothing Roman hasn't taught of to make the stay so enjoyable, the apartment has a fabulous nautical theme fitting in with the area, from recommendations for food place and sites to see this apartment has it all. The metro is so near and it'll take you to all the sites. The beach is a 5 minute walk It is a very beautiful place. I'd highly recommend as Roman has been an outstanding host

“Comfortable accommodation with all you need for a relaxing holiday”

Beautiful and comfy accommodation that has everything you need and more: beach parasol, children’s games, Netflix. Very close to beach , public transport, playground and restaurants.

The house is great and the location is perfect. It's close to both the bus and tram stations, so it's very easy to go to the city center. Walking for about 5 minutes, you can see the beach and many restaurants. The owner is super friendly and helped us a lot in dealing with some issues we faced. We enjoyed our time in Valencia!

I loved that it was only 5 min walk to the main beach. Everything was so clean and safe for our family. I also loved that we had the chance to enjoy the night festival. The owner is amazing person and really helpful with everything.

our host was great, he prepared us fresh oranges from his own farm, candies for the children, even a few local beers in the fridge. We didn't expect any of this and it was a very nice surprise. The host was always ready to help us, just great, I've never experienced a better approach and I've traveled a lot.

The location is close to the beach and to public transport. Also right across the street is a really good ice cream shop and around the corner is a small supermarket open all day long. The house has a kids play room, three baths and nice terrace in the back. Overall the apartment was great.

We loved everything about this place, really. José, the host, is a lovely, friendly and extremely helpful person, determined to make his guests feel at home and happy. You can see all the hard work and love he has put in making the place cozy, beautiful and home-like. Nothing in the flat is left to chance, the decor and the general feel of the place. He will make sure you also know your way around Valencia, giving you advice and tips about what to see and buy and where and when. He even bought a special shower chair to make sure the bathrooms were better accessible for us, wheelchair users. What we loved about the flat: - easily accessible right from the street level, - the patio, - the fresh smell, - the lovely, marine decor, - the three (!) bathrooms, - the quiet feel, - the location: absolutely great near the beach and the tram that takes you straight to the Old Town and (with a quick transfer) to and from the airport. - there's a little restaurant serving breakfast right next door! And across the street is an award-winning cafe and ice-cream parlour :-)

“A great place to visit and stay longer in Valencia”

Excellent holiday apartment, a lot of space very well arranged. 3 bathrooms provided comfort for 3 "demanding" women. Very comfortable beds, a large common area - a living room with a kitchen, equipped with all useful appliances, with coffee and tea, sugar, spices, oil, and bottled drinking water to start. The colors of the equipment and marine theme create a place with a soul. We were 3 adults, but the apartment is perfectly prepared for families with children - a separate room with a travel cot, changing table, toys. Beach accessories also available. The host took care of all the details to make the stay both comfortable and pleasant. The area is perfect for enjoying the beautiful beach (15 min walk) and exploring the city (max. 30 min by bus or tram). On the neighboring street there is a shop with basic groceries, opposite a confectionery/ice cream shop, also serving breakfast dishes. Next to the apartment there is a bar with tasty takeaway snacks. Lots of restaurants closer to the beach. And about the charm of the Cabanyal district, the houses of fishermen, everyone must see for themselves. This is one of the best places where I spent my holidays using booking.

Everything that you could expect from the description and even better. The host is warm-welcoming and has a lot of tips about Valencia. The house has a lot of suites for beach: a sun umbrella, beach chairs, towels and a picnic fridge. Also, there is a shop trolley for your groceries. A nice surprise in the fridge at the first day. The kitchen is fully equipped and has tee, coffee, oils, spices, etc...

I stayed with friends at José’s apartment for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The place was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed. The host was friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable, even providing great local recommendations. I highly recommend this apartment for a convenient and enjoyable stay.
