This property ticked all the boxes *only 12/15 minutes away from valencia airport by taxi. *The Owners are so friendly and helpful with their communication and suggestions was a pleasure to deal with Susana and her husband Armando. *The Property is literally a minute or two away from a supermarket, a pharmacy , and most importantly a train station which makes it quite easy to get to the city centre and around in Valencia. *The apartment itself is so comfortable , cosy and flushed with natural light. Also equipped with the latest amenities such as a New kitchen and appliances and a very comfortable laundry room.

Location was good; very near the metro station. Good coffee shop nearby for breakfast. The host met us when we arrived. It was easy to contact her when we needed to.

Fabulous apartment, beautifully presented with full amenities. Spotlessly clean and fresh. Comfortable bed and no external noise. Great location, with quick access to Metro & shops. Our host was super helpful and attentive. We would return here the next time we are in the beautiful city of Valencia.

“Lovely quiet apartment, great location, close to Metro”

The accommodation was amazing. Incredibly quiet. One note though, the internal staircase from the street is steep, but if you are ok with steepish stairs that should be ok. Two bedrooms with the master bedroom having a walk in wardrobe. The second bedroom has single beds the second of which folds down from the wall like a boat or train berth. (see photos on the listing) The ensuite had a tiny corner shower but the main bathroom had a lovely large shower. The hosts were friendly and met us when we arrived - about 9.45 p.m. as we had come from Paris by train via Barcelona. The kitchen is a bit quirky but a huge fridge and enough facilities to cook in which we did a few times. The location was brilliant! Just a few minutes walk to Mislata metro station and even shorter distance to a supermarket, as well as other smaller shops. Mislata is just 3 stops on the Metro from the old town and the Central Market which is fabulous and packed with fresh food, fruit and veg, cheeses, pasta, bread, wine, amazing mushroom selections etc. The apartment had a lovely internal "garden" on the roof of the building below, and completely secluded. It was full of pot plants which was lovely and table and chairs. As we were there in November it was a bit cool for breakfast outside but we had a lunch made from all the amazing food and wine we bought at the market, and also sat outside for early evening coffee. Across the garden was a "shed" in which there was a washing machine, and the garden had a washing line so we were able to wash and dry our clothes part way through the stay, which was useful. Apparently there is a dishwasher in the shed, but we didn't realise until more than half way through our stay and it wasn't in the kitchen so we didn't use it. The apartment is also about 1km from the local history museum which is well worth a visit.
