We loved the central location and the huge undercover market only a few streets away, the metro simple to navigate to the beach, the amount of restaurants on our doorstep the sunbathing balcony and the family that own the apartment.

“Lovely break in a wonderful city”

Great location. We were 4 adults in BUBU8 and the space was good - a double bedroom, a bunk room and a sofa bed in the lounge/kitchen. The patio catches the morning sun and is a lovely spot for breakfast.

Fantastic location which felt safe as well as central. Really useful to have efficient washing machine and dishwasher. Beautiful outdoor seating area. Helpful and quick response from owner with queries including where to leave luggage after checkout. There is SO much to do in Valencia - we can recommend Segway tour with ‘Segway Anyway’ and learning how to cook paella with ‘My First Paella’

Our stay at BUBUFlat was an absolute delight! The duplex is a true gem — beautifully designed, spotless, and equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. The location couldn’t be better: just steps from El Mercat, the Catedral de Valencia, and all the main attractions. You’ll find charming coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, and shopping all around. It’s perfectly situated between Plaza del Ayuntamiento on one side and Plaza de la Reina on the other. We truly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend BUBUFlat to anyone visiting Valencia!

Amazing location in the old town, right next to the bustling market. Good space, handy to have the sofa bed, great facilities with full working kitchen with dishwasher.

Fantastic location and very helpful manager allowed us an early check-in which was great. The location is perfect, in the Old Town just a few yards from all the main tourist attractions. The rooftop terrace is a great extra.

“Lovely family stay in a fabulous location”

The location was amazing - right in the middle of the historic town. The part meant was quirky and unique. The roof terrace was fabulous with brilliant views over Valèncian rooftops. Close by lots of bars and restaurants.

Great location we managed to walk to most places! Apartment is right in the middle of everything yet quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed making use of the balconies of a morning and evening. Marina (host) was great! Sent us a list of recommendations and offered us any assistance we may need. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Valencia. Lift available which helped when get our bags up the stairs.

Fantastic apartment, I stayed in Bubu flat 6, split over 3 levels but all floors are defined with purpose and character. Couldn't ask for a better location and the balconies with seats are perfect for a view over the square to enjoy with a book and cerveza. If or when I come back to Valencia, I'll be sure to book with Bubuflats first. Marina is a great host whose best interest is for you enjoy your stay and is always available on WhatsApp. Carlos is also a wonderful character should you meet him if you use the airport service.

Fantastic location, overlooking pretty square, with lots of restaurants and bars right on your doorstep. Lovely to sit out on balcony with an early morning coffee (great takeaway coffee shop a few meters from front door). Well equipped kitchen, although we didn't use it as ate out every evening.
