The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Just 1 minutes walk to the beach in a great location during warmer weather but we found it a little lacking on restaurants within easy walking distance during the early months. (Within a 15 minute walk) bus stop on the doorstep to get into valencia city and plenty there. Would definitely return from say April onwards as pool may also be open.

Great clean apartment close to the beach

We had a great stay in this apartment in Valencia. Everything was perfect — the place was clean, comfortable, and well located. The staff were exceptionally polite, professional, and very welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Fabulous apartment in a great location!

It was a very comfortable apartment. The bus stop was very close, which made it very easy to get to the city center. The area was very beautiful and safe, and the beach was a 3 minute walk away

“Great spot to enjoy the beach suburbs of Valencia from”

Great location close to the beach, beach front eateries. 15 minute drive or 25 minute ride from the old part of town or the impressive science museum, art centre and aquarium. Also close to the the trendy Cabanyal district of Valencia. We highly recommend the tapas tour of the area with Sas (https://tapasmetsas.nl/en/home). Pablo was friendly and helpful.

The owner, Pablo, is very accommodating. His place is also spacious and clean. It is also very near at the beach. There is also a restaurant/bar inside the urbanization, so finding a place where to eat isn't a problem.

Apartment was well supplied with everything. King size bed was super comfy. Very close to the beach, which you can see from the balcony. Bus to town just round the corner. Some little grocery shops close and there are restaurants along the promenade which you will def walk along. Enjoyed our stay for sure.

“Spacious apartments within arm's reach of the beach”

Very spacious apartments, many things have been thought of - there is both coffee and laundry detergent, cookies. Comfortable beds, non-slip floor in the shower. The sea is a 2-minute walk from the apartments. The owner is very responsive. The instruction is prepared in such a way that everything can be understood without unnecessary stress and additional questions. A gym and swimming pool are also available there (in October, however, it does not work). The apartments are located behind a closed fence. There is also a local cafe.

This appartment is very clean, very comfortable and just 3 minutes from the beach. There is a bus stop just in front of the residence who goes directly to the center of Valence ( 30 min ). Parking space is in the underground parking. Parking space is not very wide so for someone with a big car it can be too small, if your parking neibourghs parks not well. There is a very good contact with the owner of the place. Thank you Adrian.

The "doorman" was very helpful, the neighborhood bar onsite was terrific with very friendly staff. The apartment was great for a few days' stay--hot water, central a/c, nice towels for the shower. Complimentary tea and coffee.

It was an amazing stay. We loved everything about it. Its in front of the beach. We could even enjoy the beautiful sunrise, each day of our stay. Apartment is well maintained and owner has very well thought about the need and comfort of the visitors. Facilities with in the Apartment compound were great as well. They have padel courts, huge swimming pools, children playing area and a bar. If we happen to come back to Valencia we are gonna stay here.

The apartment was really nice and very clean. The beds were comfortable. There was everything we needed in the property, and the water in the fridge on arrival was most welcome, as were the snacks - really nice touch. The internet works perfectly well and there's a big TV with Netflix etc... available. The apartment complex is well looked after and completely safe, with great amenities. The people who work there are super nice. It was very convenient having a cafeteria/restaurant on site and the beach is only a couple of minutes walk away, which is great. The host was responsive and friendly. There's a little shop just around the corner which was open on Sundays so that was perfect.

Great location, close to the beach, nice view above the sea. Apartment was equipped by all one's needs (towels, flatiron, hairdryer, washing machine, etc.) was super clean and spacious. Garage near by the elevator. The owner Adrian was alwas ready to help us when we needed.

This apartament felt like home. Everything is new in the apartament. The beach is 2 min walk. Adrian is a helpful host and everything is functional and very easy to use. Easy check in. Private underground parking, oceanview, Netflix, Prime-ALL you need for a perfect trip! Highly recomended!
