Perfect location, breakfast places and restaurants all very close by. The apartment is outstanding, very well equipped with everything we could possibly need and more. Lovely touches such as welcome gifts all much appreciated. Although in the heart of things the apartment was exceptionally quiet.

The apartment is in a great location, right in the middle of town with easy access to everything either on foot, by bus, or metro. The apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the roof terrace was a great space to enjoy the winter sun. We couldn’t have asked for a better base for our visit.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The apartment genuinely felt “7-star” in terms of the extras and comfort — we were welcomed with thoughtful gifts like chocolates, juice, and complimentary water, which was such a lovely touch. The place is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need: washing machine and dryer, a full kitchen with a big fridge and freezer, a great TV setup, and even a big selection of movies. It made the apartment feel like a real home, not just a rental. The terrace was a highlight for us — super sunny, spacious, and with an amazing view. It was the perfect spot to relax. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better: close to the city center, with excellent restaurants and main attractions within easy reach. A special thank-you to Marco, who made our stay even better. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, gave us great recommendations for food and restaurants, and everything we tried was fantastic. His hospitality really made us feel welcome. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Valencia!

“A little gem in such a stunning city!”

The location of the property in the beautiful old town was perfect, close to the Xativa metro stop for ease of airport transfer and easy to access all the main plazas. It was nice to be greeted in person by our hosts - Marco and his wife - and to be welcomed to their abode. It was very thoughtful of them to leave a little gift for us. It felt very much like home and we absolutely loved the sun terrace for relaxation time!

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of València. On the 7th floor so you can shut yourself away from the city if you wanted. The apartment is spacious & bright, perfect for 2. Everything is provided, from toiletries to beach towels to slippers. The terrace is the star of the show! A brilliant space to enjoy the sun & watch the world go by

“Stunning apartment in perfect location”

Just back from a fantastic 6 nights in this perfect apartment. We loved the location its as good as you can get just off the main square and the terrace was really amazing exactly as photos show with great views of the old town. We met the host on arrival who was very helpful showing us around apartment and sent us a WhatsApp message with lots of great info about restaurant recommendations etc. Inside apartment is very modern with great open plan kitchen area and was really impressed with how stocked every cupboard was there is not 1 thing that u might need that wasn't there you can tell owners have thought of everything also nice touch were the remote controlled blinds and veranda. Valencia itself is a real gem we have been to Barcelona and Madrid several times but we fell in love with this place and it's people highlights were walking to the beach twice along the park area that runs for miles through the city which takes you through the city's science and arts area which is fantastic you can get a tram to beach but we liked to walk and get a taxi back from marina back around 11 euros. Bioparc the citys zoo was great way to spend part of the day, mercat central market is a must and only a 20 min walk from apartment through the main square with some stunning architecture throughout. mercadona supermarket is the largest and best near apartment around 10 min walk it has great selection of food and wine as cheap as water. All in all we couldn't have been more impressed with apartment and the City of valencia and can't wait to return

“A beautiful appartment in a great location, with an exceptional host”

This appartment is in an excellent location, just 2 minutes from Xàtiva metro and is on the doorstep of Russafa and the historic centre of the city. It is a penthouse appartment, very bright and airy and with a wonderful and well equipped terrace that is hard to find in such a central location. The appartment is very well decked out and is clearly loved and cared for by its owners. It is a very comfortable place to stay. We stayed in three cities and appartments during our trip to Spain. This was easily the best. The host (and his friends) are absolutely lovely people. They are thoughtful and do everything they can to help make your stay easy and comfortable, with lots of good advice and recommendations. They really care that you are comfortable and have a nice time. We had an absolutely wonderful stay here.

Great location and a really well supplied apartment. Even some treats and drinks left in the fridge! Top floor so had a lovely rooftop patio. Handy to start or finish the day off in style. Marco was a great help as our contact. He looked after our luggage, showed us around and offered plenty of restaurant recommendations. Also very understanding over a later check out.

The apartment is *right* in the city centre, so you go downstairs and you are immersed in the crowd. That can be a bit overwhelming on some days (for non-Spaniards at least), but we of course knew about the central location when booking and staying in walking distance of all major sights of the city centre and having nice taperias, bars, and cafes just right outside the door was a huge plus. Everything you need for an extended stay is generously provided in the apartment: Starting from towels, to toilet paper, female hygiene products, and ranging to kitchenware and an oven to cook multi-course dinners, as well as a washing machine (including detergent). The apartment is generally very modern and well kept, due tue it's rooftop location you have the sun shining in the windows most of the day on at least one side of the apartment and of course there is the immense rooftop terrace with furniture and an outdoors kitchen. We stayed over New Year's and checked out on the 1st of January. Marco was so generous as to allow us a late checkout in the afternoon on that day at no extra cost (as no other guests were coming), which allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment, have a nice final lunch in Valencia and return the keys and collect our luggage only later to go and catch our flight. We really appreciated this, especially on the first day of the new year and the festivities of the previous night.
