“Comfortable stay with a toddler”

The location was top - walking distance from many key places + a lot of public transport options. The people managing the property were very responsive and collaborative (they even left wine as compliment). The apartment was clean and newish. WiFi was reasonable. Easy to put a stroller in the apartment.

Beautiful apartment. Well located, clean, well appointed, large fridge and freezer, comfortable bed and pillows, hot shower, large bathroom, wonderful host. Had to download an app, which was very easy to let us in.

“Valencia fallas festival stay”

The apartment was in a suburb about 10 minutes walk from metro & 25 to old city centre. Good supermarket and cafe/bars just round the corner. Access was difficult the first time as had to download an app that did not work. After that we had a key which was better. The apartment opened directly into the street and only has a small window at the front which could not be left opened for security. So it was quite dark and enclosed. As a result there was poor ventilation in the bathroom & toilet at the rear and the shower tray was very shallow so the floor was soaking after a shower. The pillows were memory foam which my wife does not find comfortable and one in particular was ripped and dirty. We did find some better ones under the bed and the cleaner changed another the next day. Our host was helpful & responsive in dealing with problems. The kitchen area was small and well equipped but short of storage space. There was an oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer so good for self catering. Overall the apartment was adequate for our short stay but probably not the best for an extended stay or if you don't want to walk into centre.

The location was suitable for me since I was looking for a location near Turia river. I love to go for walking there. It was very nice of the host to offer a bottle of wine. I was pleasantly to surprised to find the bottle on the table as I entered in the evening and was very tired.

“Family vacation”

The apartment has everything you need. It is clean, comfortable, wi-fi with good speed. For us, having a washing machine was a big plus because we had two children. The host was very accommodating, he let us leave our luggage before the check-in time so we didn't have to carry it with us while exploring the city. Thanks for the bottle of wine and coffee left as a compliment 😀 I recommend the place.

“Perfect”

Very well equiped apartment, clean, spacious with a very good atmosphere. It's in a good district. The river is in the next street, the centre is in walking distance, the beach is a bit farther, but olny have to take one bus, 95, that stops at the apartment and takes you to Malva Rosa. It was perfect for our family of 4. Much better experience then a hotel. Very reasonable price. Amazing attention.

Super nice and caring, we entered the apartment with a welcoming atmosphere, the distance tovthe centre is excellent, so clean and nice👍🏻aside from the convenience we received lots of help for our questions and issues we faced regarding the airport transfer. Highly recommended!

Being forced to download an app just to get a code to enter the room is bad. Being informed about this less than 24hrs before arrival is not acceptable (how do you do this while on an intercontinental flight?) The host hiding their identity behind (fake?) first names while requesting all the guest's personal data is simply disrespectful.

The apartment was super clean and comfy. The owner has been friendly and available to help at any time. I would definitely recommend a stay in this apartment.

Host was amazing. Sara helped us with an easy check in and let us drop our bags off early. She was so so so lovely and was happy to help with all enquiries. Place was very modern and clean. Beds were comfy. Shower head was nice and big Kitchen and laundry facilities included which we made use of.
