“Restful but disappointed that no services were working or provided for.”
Bed and bath where very clean but some drawers had debris left in them and the small refrigerator had left behind food and needed to be defrosted. The breakfast was cancelled due to work in the lobby and both ice machines did not work. The room did serve its main purpose that was a good night's sleep.

“Very bad”
I have pictures of where I stayed and what happen we slept with curtains the tv did not work the fridge did not work there was a big hole under the cabinet with pipes and looked molded I have pictures of everything also I got shocked by a electrical outlet that was hanging out the wall

The room I reserved was either not ready or available so I was offered another room, which was fine. I had reserved a king non smoking but was offered a double smoking room which was not fine an off duty staff member told them there was a queen non smoking available. I then went to pay for my room and the staff took my money but when they opened the cash drawer I was told correct change only.
