“Pleasant villa with a very nice owner, perfect combination for a winter stay”

A pleasant villa with a nice interior decor and a small garden (artificial grass but very nice to walk upon). As we stayed in January the pool was obviously closed (the temperature outside was fresh and pleasant 14-17 degrees Celsius, perfect for having some walks around Monte Cofano and Zingaro natural park nearby). Roberto, the owner, greeted us with some catering in the fridge (butter, yoghurt, mineral water etc.) and even some sweets and a bottle of wine. What was important for a January stay - the air conditioners, one in each room, provided heating (one of three was rather loud and it took several hours for raising the temperature in the apartment above 20 degrees Celsius, but then it was warm and cozy, there was also a supply of blankets available for sleeping warm)., The owner also accepted early check-in as we arrived at 11:00 a.m. He provided instructions on the nearby supermarkets, tourist attractions and restaurants (however one was closed, not a surprise in January - tourists must be aware that in January many restaurants are closed or open Italian-way only at 19:00, but the apartment's kitchen was fully equipped for some in-house meals preparation). Highly recommended!

Fantastic place with friendly staff. Everything was perfect. We had an exceptional time during our stay. Excellent host Roberto, friendly and very helpful with smooth communication in english. The house was fully equipped with everything you need aka water, spices, local sweets, coffee and wine 🙂 Perfectly clean inside and outside. We loved the pool area. There is nothing less than everything that you will enjoy at this place. Cheers from Poland !

“It is the perfect place for a family”

This is the new villa, which is modern and well-organized. The location is perfect: silent and close to main activities and sightseeing; two beaches are nearby (3 min walking and 6 min driving). And, of course, the owner - Roberto - is very kind and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa, everything was perfect, clean, and modern. Despite our late flight, the owners kindly agreed to wait for our arrival. They even left snacks and drinks for breakfast, which was a thoughtful touch. The villa was well-equipped with everything we needed, including shower gel, a fan, a washing machine, dishes, and more. The location was also excellent for travelers with a car, as it was close to the nearest attractions and beautiful beaches in a quiet area. Thank you!

Wonderful accommodation surrounded by a gorgeous exotic garden. The pictures don't do this little gem justice. Ticked all our boxes! Modern, spacious, comfortable, immaculate, all modern cons, super-fast broadband, large comfortable sofa quite peaceful and safe area. Loved the large front veranda beautifully decorated lovely place to enjoy the evenings. A large outdoor kitchen/dining area at the back, with a wood barbecue, Gas barbecue, sink, fridge, a large dining table. There is also an outdoor bathroom and utility room The location is good for exploring this area of Sicily Kind and thoughtful Hosts, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay
