“Beautiful villa, convenient position, amazing breakfast”
Perfect location to explore Erice, Trapani and San Vito Lo Capo. The villa is beautiful and with a great garden and a stunning view of the sea and surrounding mountains. Breakfasts are delicious, with home made cakes, local cheeses, good coffee and yoghurts. You can also choose every day one extra item from a menu, wonderful!

Everything. Absolutely everything. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a little corner of paradise. The view was breathtaking — peaceful, poetic, with the sea and mountains embracing us from every angle. The room was impeccably clean, as if touched by angels — spotless in a way that radiated care and love. Breakfast each morning was a feast for the senses — fresh, local, lovingly prepared. And the service? Beyond words. The kindest people you could ever meet — attentive, generous, warm. It felt like we were family. Bella Italia at its most magical. The price was incredibly fair for the value we received. We had everything we needed and more. A true gem.

“Garden oasis”
Enormous suite with lots of space, beautiful tiled floors and a beautiful outlook over the large garden, an oasis, lovely to sit in after a days exploring. Quiet and peaceful, easy parking in a public parking space next door to the property.

Very clean excellent property with a lovely breakfast. The garden was lovely and relaxing to sit in with views of the sea. The terrace where breakfast was served had lovely view down to the coast.

“Amazing!”
Everything was great! The owner of the property is very responsive and accommodating, the room was beautiful, super clean and spacious and had an equipped kitchen, there is a nice garden and the host Sabina was so sweet, friendly and helpful. 1 week before our stay the property owner messaged to ask if we had any particular requests and I have some food intolerances so she got some items for breakfast specifically for me and they also got a small cake with a candle for my boyfriend's birthday!! ♥️ On the day of our arrival she sent us clear instructions for self check-in so the process was very smooth. After check- in she sent us a list of suggested restaurants and places to visit; we took her suggestions and she was right :) All in all both the property owner and the host Sabina made us feel comfortable and at home and were ready to help with whatever we needed, I cannot recommend them enough!

“Stunning Experience!”
Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment, cinema view and delightful lodge with lemon trees and authentic feeling to be in an Italian Villa. The highlights are the breakfast and staff - they were so friendly and provided great local products to taste (1st class service). Nice location if you have a car (15 min from Erice old town and easy to go to gorgeous beaches nearby). I'd definitely go back and truly recommend it to everyone!

“A peaceful comfy luxurious stay”
The apartment was outstanding. It featured a spacious living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and a hall, providing ample room for comfort. The high ceilings and AC in both rooms created an airy and refreshing atmosphere. Waking up to the sounds of roosters and birds was a delightful experience. The interior design was visually pleasing, and the expansive garden, filled with trees and flowers, added to the charm. We thoroughly enjoyed the daily breakfast, complete with fresh pastries and cappuccinos. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location was great to visit Erice and beautiful beaches. I would love to visit this place every year.
