“Good vibes in a beautiful location”

We really, really enjoyed our stay at Valberg Gjestegård in the beginning of August. The house is beautifully located in the middle of nature, it is nice and calm and with such a good vibe by the lovely hosts. The bed was super comfortable and we really had everything we needed. In the morning there was a tasty breakfast waiting for us :) We wish we could have stayed longer and would love to come back one day.

Best breakfast we have ever had in a guest house. Homemade and very generous Lovely living room to relax in Shared bathroom but very clean and spacious. Wonderful bath tub! Highly recommend staying here !

The house is very comfortable, the Host is very friendly and accommodative, good calm location. The house is renovated with a touch of style and combination of a modern comfort and respect to vintage goods. I wish there would be personal bathrooms as it would make it much more comfortable for us. We knew that we're booking a room with shared bathroom, it's rather an insight for us that we need more privacy.

The house is very design and cozy. The bedroom and commun places are very clean and are also cozy. Big love of the plants and the bathroom. The hosts are very nice, give us recommandation …. Breakfast was also very nice We recommend 100%

“Beautiful apartment”

The host is super nice! The breakfast is amazing! Freshly made bread, eggs come from the hens the host raises. The apartment is stylish and beautiful, it is newly renewed and great attention to the details. Me and my husband love the place and we would have loved to stay longer. Also compared to the hotel price, this one is great value for the money. And the host also shared tips about traveling around. It is 10 out of 10 for us :)

“Exceptionally accommodating, modern (and traditional) Scandinavian home, and very kind hosts”

We felt very welcome from arrival, to our departure. The hosts were exceptionally kind, the entire place was luxurious, homely, and modern - but traditionally Scandinavian. An extensive and quality breakfast, including eggs fresh from their own chickens - which left us full enough for an entire day of hiking. We definitely will visit again, if our travels bring us to Lofoten another time. Thank you to both hosts for your accommodating nature! Til vi ses igen!
