We travelled as a family of 4, 2a, 2c age 7&9. Amazing location with view of the slopes. Great communication from the host. We were welcomed in person on arrival and we were able to check in at lunchtime. Clean apartment which was well equipped. So easy to get from the apartment to the boot room and onto the slopes, it is true ski in/out. Excellent water pressure in the bathroom and great to have a heated towel rail. Bakery a couple of doors down, lift across the road to access the centre of the resort. Wi-Fi is free in the building and worked fine for us. We had a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay at 405 very much. Spacious apartment with all equipment available you need. 2 seperate bedrooms with good beds. Supermarket, restaurants and skirental close around the building. And we dont forget the beautiful view on the slopes and mountains.

Great, comfortable apartment in an amazing location—right on the slopes and next to the ski schools. It made mornings and evenings with the kids incredibly easy. The hot shower was also excellent after a long day of skiing.

A neat, compact apartment with enough room for a family of four for a week of skiing. Well equipped and stocked kitchen despite the small space; a decent shower and separate toilet. Clever storage around so you if you're tidy the small space doesn't matter for the week. Excellent boot room locker and easy access. Super convenient for slopes, restaurants and the bakery in the morning. Quiet at night. Host is a really nice person and clearly cares, which is rare to find in a ski resort. Well done Bastien.

Location and view are amazing. Perfect as our 2 kids were at ski school which is directly in front of the building. Apartment has everything you need for a great family ski holiday.

The property was perfectly situated right on the slopes, which made getting to the ski school meeting point so easy. It was clean, bright, well-equipped, and had some of the best views in the village. Our hosts Bastien and Serife were very kind. We were welcomed in person by Serife, and Bastien came to say goodbye. They left a bottle of champagne for us in the fridge. And when we realised we’d left our daughter’s backpack when we were halfway to the airport, Bastien said he’d post it to us, no problem. Greats hosts, great little apartment with outstanding views (see attached photo we took from the bedroom) and also close to shops/restaurants/supermarket. Also right by the ski rental shop. Perfect for a family stay without hassle or having to spend too much money. Thank you very much Bastien and Serife, we will be back!

Great location! Close to the ESF rendezvous point for the kid’s ski classes with apres ski bar Jaspers in the residence, ski locker seconds from the ski slopes (++ with a young family) Bastien was a great host and met us at the apartment promptly even with our changing time of arrival! Apartment was well equipped for all meals. So quiet at night! Perfect stay for a young family!!

Location was perfect for not only the skiing but the ski hire, ski pass collection plus great restaurants & bars. Quiet at night too. Everything we needed in the kitchen & a fab view of the slopes. Bastian is the best host - so helpful.

- location location location - right on the slopes with a ski lift down to the ski room and door opening onto the slopes so ski-in/ski-out - fantastic views from the windows and balcony - straight onto the slopes - very well equipped apartment with everything possible included (even plenty of dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, tea, coffee, salt, etc. etc.) - extremely well equipped kitchen if you want to cook yourself - plenty of bars and restaurants around - very friendly and helpful hosts who explained everything - decent amount of space when it comes to ski apartments
