“Good budget apartment”
Excellent staff. We felt very welcomed and all our questions were answered. Excellent English, as our French was very basic. We even got a phone call a week before our stay to make sure we knew everything for arrival, and an oppertunity to ask anything before we came. They even sorted our lift passes out, so we was ready to hit the slopes straight away.

“Temples Du Soleil Aug 2023”
Location is prime spot in Val Thorens. The basic, good value accommodation is all you need. Apartments are small so I had a 5 person unit for myself which was great. Lots of hot water and a good shower. Free parking is permitted on the street during the summer season. Kettle and toaster provided. Plenty of crockery and pots/frying pan for basic cooking.

Literally a few metres to the ski slope. Room quite comfy. Beds are ok. Ski rental in the building. Mini-supermarket in the building as well. Bathroom clean, nothing to mention about that. Some rooms are better quality, check before.

The service was appalling and beyond criticism. Commit to check in at a certain time and be late for it by 4 hours. Without luggage storage service which is very basic for a hotel - neither before nor after. They charged us 100 euros for leaving a garbage bag in a room that was completely clean and they didn't say anything about the garbage needing to be removed - they only informed us after we left.

“Loved our stay!”
Fantastic location! We hired our skis from the very handy shop in the building, who had very friendly staff, they gave 10% discount because of staying in the building. You can get straight in the lift from the level of your apartment to the bottom, out the door and your on the slopes! Supermarket located in the building was also very handy, and short walk to few restaurants and bars and 10minute walk with a lift and bridge to shopping centre and busy area which was very handy. Reception staff are 24/7 (not the hours described on booking. Com) they were very helpful and friendly and we arrived at the building 3 hours early for check in to see if we could leave our bags, but we were told our room was all ready and we could check in early which was great! Apartment was ok for 4 people would have been a push with 5, but we loved our stay here and will definitely be back!

The location for skiing was excellent with ski-in-ski-out access and storage for skis etc. The on-site facilities were good and easy to access e.g. supermarket. Good value for money for the price paid. Requests were taken into consideration (2 rooms near to each other and a balcony with a view).
