Beautiful property, but zero integrity and terrible service in a crisis I’ll start with the bottom line – the place itself is likely great, accessible, and would probably offer an enjoyable stay. However, we never made it there, and the way management handled our situation was unacceptable. Our group of 8 was unable to travel due to the war that broke out on February 28th, just a week before our arrival. For five days, the hotel completely ignored our messages, as well as official requests from Booking.com to cancel or find a compromise. When we finally reached them by phone, they initially offered a 75% credit for a future stay. However, they quickly retracted this offer, claiming that because we booked through Booking.com and not directly with the hotel, they wouldn't honor it. Despite the frustration and the hotel's lack of cooperation, Booking.com eventually intervened and provided us with a full refund. I cannot recommend staying at a place that shows such blatant disregard for its guests and a total lack of empathy during an extreme situation. If you value professional service and reliability, look elsewhere.

Good ski out (depending on the chalet you get assigned). Great pool/spa area but a bit busy in peak times Intersport, Supermarket and restaurants all very close. Parking easy (but was told to use a silly entrance that involved tight corners and going down levels, when there is a flat entrance at other end) Having electric car chargers available was good. Apparent was nicer than photos - better laid out and renovated

Location was excellent and you can ski down to the apartments easily. The spa was a great addition at the end of the day. The restaurants in the building were excellent too

Reception responded to changed arrival times as a result of the road being closed due to heavy snow. The apartment was presented in a clean and tidy condition. The nearby shop is well stocked.

The Spa was excellent, a great addition to the stay and for the price the stay was cheaper or the same as a lot of others without the spa. We stayed in an 8 person 3 bedroom apartment which was easily big enough for the two families. Will definitely stay here again. Ski out was easy but ski in is a narrow red run, not for the beginner skier. Great stay overall. Rent your skis from Intersport on the ground floor and you’re all set.
