Overview
Located in Val Thorens Ski Resort, Hôtel Tango offers a 24-hour reception, ski storage, a sun terrace and massage treatments. The ski station is only a 5-minute walk away and Les Menuires is 7 km away. Decorated in a contemporary style, some of the rooms feature a a balcony with a view of the mountains. All the rooms have a TV, a refrigerator and a wardrobe. The en suite bathroom includes a hairdryer. A buffet breakfast is provided each morning at Hôtel Tango. Guests can also sample international cuisine in the restaurant, which serves both lunch and dinner. Additional features include a bar and free WiFi access throughout. Moutiers and its train station are a 45-minute drive away and public parking is possible at a location nearby.

All the staff were amazing during our stay and were happy to assist with any requests. Food in house was very good and there were plenty of options at breakfast. Bar does a happy hour and gets pretty busy but it's lovely sat out on the terrace and you get to watch the slope back from La Folie Deuce for entertainment around 16.30 to 17.30. They also have water on tap all day which is needed with skiing/snowboarding.

“A great first stay, and I can’t wait to return to the Tango Hotel for the 2027 ski season.”
The property was clean, tidy, warming and comfortable. An excellent vibe all round. Great location near all required amenities. Breakfast was well great, with a great selection of foods to get through the ski day. Dinner was tasty and the service was excellent.

“Four night ski break December 2025”
Location Bedding soft and cosy, beds comfortable , mezzanine great, room had everything stated. Enjoyed the view and balcony. Good breakfast with nice variety. Friendly staff, cosy bar , area which got lively later on., Large ski /boot storage.

“Lovely hotel, close to the ski slopes.”
This hotel was a pleasant surprise. It has great mountain views, very comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast. I dined in the restaurant one night and it was also very good. The staff are very helpful and it’s also in a great location very close to the ski slopes.

some staff could not speak french or barely English. check in was very confusing and took ages. the shower in the bathroom fluded the entire bathroom. rooms dated.

“Great for end of season ski”
Good breakfast with lots of choices, both continental and cooked options. They even had oat milk and almond milk available, which is pretty rare for the French Alps! The staff were friendly and the location is very good. You can walk a couple of minutes behind the hotel and access the slopes directly. The room had great views of the slopes and was much more spacious than many others I have stayed at in ski resorts.
