Location is very good, right on the slope, easy ski-in and ski-out. There are several supermarkets nearby, The view from the room was direct to the ski area, very beautiful. Staff was very helpful.

The hotel is located directly on the piste and is perfectly positioned for ski-in & ski-out. The rooms are warm, all with a south-facing terrace with a beautiful view of the ski slopes. The food is delicious, breakfast is classic, while dinner is varied (one evening there was a national dinner with fondue). The hotel has a nice lobby bar, as well as a beautiful outdoor terrace, centrally located with a view of the ski slopes, for afternoon drinks and relaxing in the sun after skiing.

Breakfast was good, with a good selection of options. The hotel is very conveniently located for the slopes/lifts and to access the town centre.

Great location ski in and out. Great ski facilities on site. Lovely bar and restaurant. Breakfast was excellent. On our day of departure they opened the restaurant for breakfast at 5 am so we didn’t leave hungry - that was a great measure of their customer service. Stay for dinner we did it on our last night and it was excellent - wish we’d have eaten there more often!

The hotel location is satisfactory with nice mountain views from the balcony. It is a ski-in ski-out hotel and very close to the lifts. The reception staff was very pleasant to deal with and attentive to all my questions.

Location was great, ski in - ski out was very handy. The rooms were warm and exceptionally clean and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. We hope to return in future years.

The location couldn't have been better - You leave the ski room and you are literally on the pistes - Once you get back, you have 3 options a) Ski directly to the ski room (assuming you come down from La Folie Douce b) You ski down from other parts and take the 3-minute band to ski down directly to the ski room c) You take the side piste and walk 20 meters up to the ski room (if you do not want to wait for 3 minutes at the band) Also, the free breakfast was sublime --- not fancy but everything you need to start the day!

“Amazing in every way!”

Everything. You can not beat the location, service, food, staff and ambience. The staff can't do enough for you. Our transfer was late and they kept the restaurant open for us on our first night. They would have left food in our room if we had missed that. Continental breakfast is also provided for early transfers. I requested a particular room and this was arranged even though the hotel was full. The leisure lounge and bar has incredible views and was a perfect place to be when the weather was too bad for skiing. Our whole experience from beginning to end was incredible. Thank you.
