Location, we could ski in/out. Close to shops and restaurants. The view from the apartment was great. Plenty of hot water.

Beds very uncomfortable and the pillows were even worse. Bathroom had a very strange smell to it. The front door broke from the inside meaning we were trapped and had to shout for someone to let us out from the outside. Then we had to sleep with a chair against the door as advised by the host. They said they would have the door fixed in the morning but had to wait until past 2pm. Was a waste of time and dangerous if we could not leave if there was a fire.
