The food is excellent, buffet style for breakfast and dinner. Plenty of choice at dinner with wine. All the staff are very friendly and most speak some English. Free car parking next to premises. Room warm with mountain view. Storage room for skis with separate door to go out to buses. Location is excellent for catching the free bus service, in both directions (stop is Le Cret). Functional establishment, which is fine for us as skiing is the main reason to be in Val d'Isere.

The property location is fantastic. Whilst not ski in. The bus stop is 20 metres from the ski storage and one stop gets you to la Daille furnival and three stops the other way is the main lifts in val disere village. Facilities were good for ski storage, parking was easy and the room quite spacious compared to other accommodation we have stayed in previously.

We had half-board and it was very good; selection of foods at breakfast and dinner in buffet style - not fancy but plentiful and great for a ski trip. Plenty of hot water and room was warm. Ski lockers available with good access outside to ground level. Bus stop 20 metres from exit of ski locker room. Meal system worked well. Staff were always very friendly and spoke some English. Free car parking and able to leave car in car park while skied the last day before departure. Great for families with children as clubs available.

Facilities, staff - especially Leila, location and price

The room was spacious with a balcony. Obviously, being a ski resort, the busy time for Val d'Isère is the winter so the hotel was very quiet when we stayed but the manager, Aurélien, was very friendly. The bar was reasonably priced (for France!) and it's just a few minutes walk to the supermarket and centre of town. Honestly, there was nothing particularly stand out about the hotel but it was excellent value for money.

Very good value for money, especially for last-minute bookings. Staff was waiting for us despite our airplane being late and 3am arrival. It was a bit hard to find an entry (as the main entrance is closed from 20.30 - 7am). The room was functional and clean, with a good balcony. Very cosy at night on balcony with a good view of the village. Fireplace in the lobby int he evenings was very welcoming. Spar supermarket next door and good for morning fresh croissants and bread.

Very friendly staff. Room was clean but not enormous. Food was good and the location is excellent - only two minutes on the bus to get to the ski lifts. Above all, the value for money is amazing. It's what I would call 'no frills' but as long as you're fine with that it's great. Would definitely go there again.
