“We had a wonderful stay purely because of the service, staff and hotel location.”
The staff and concierge are wonderful and the location of the hotel. The hotel service and staff are exceptional to any hotel I have stayed in. Nicolas and others of the team at the concierge were so nice and helpful and went out of their way to help us for anything we asked. Spa was ok and the sauna was good. Massage was very good.

Staff are really lovely, especially the concierges. Hotel location is superb. Wellness/pool area is great after a big day skiing, but having a piecemeal gym in the middle of it does not make sense. Either build a separate gym/yoga/stretch area (we'd love this and would definitely impact a decision on whether to return or not) or don't have one at all.

“Absolutely fantastic, can’t wait to return!”
The location to the slopes and the centre of town was perfect.. But it’s the staff who really make the hotel stand out - cannot emphasise enough how helpful they all are. Plus we really liked the old school feel of the place, just very calming after a day on the slopes.

Fantastic hotel with the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in whilst skiing! The bathroom had a good sized bathtub for soaking after a long day skiing. The staff are superb and couldn’t do enough for you. would highly recommend.
