“Perfect getaway!”
When we pulled up, we were greeted by genuine customer service, and that was the same throughout the trip. The location is perfect to venture into Vail and the views from the hot tub are incredible. The bedrooms are a good size with great amenities and if you need any additional coffee or waters, the reception had them for free 24/7. We stopped by the cocktail bar for a cocktail and wine and the quality of the drinks was second to none. There was also some good drink offers on. I will be returning for sure!

“Most beautiful hotel in Vail”
I love the staff. I found everyone very friendly and professional. The photos on Bookings.com didnt do it justice. Its even nicer in person. I also liked the complimentary coffee and flavoured water in the lobby. It was a nice added touch. Location was also perfect.

One day before the checkin, I had called the SEBASTIAN and told them that I have have severe flu, andI had asked to delay the booking for later on or even for next season.I had got a laconic answer only 36 hrs later, that says "no, we can bot do". I had expected for 5* hotel, to have more flexibility than 1* hotel.

“A lux hotel in need of better check-in services”
We stayed in the property five years ago, during its glorious days. The property is still nicely kept, with a luxurious feel. Breakfast selection is nice, but overpriced.
