The place was excellent in every way. The location was ideal regarding Vadstena and easy to reach. The building, both inside and outside, was really beautiful. The interior was so cosy and immaculate. The bathroom was great as well. The owners couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, they practically gave us day itineraries/suggestions and I am sure that by using those advise, we got the most from Vadstena and surroundings, which is full of history spanning for millenia. Besides, the trecking and bird watching possibilities were excellent. I warmly suggest this B&B, which really exceeded our expectations.

A lovely tradition building finished to a very high standard. The hosts warmly greeted us and had a pride in showing us round the property and telling us about the local town. In the morning they prepared a sumptuous breakfast with local produce. They were happy to chat and made us feel very welcome throughout the whole visit.

Very pleasant stay in a beautiful, historic farm house, situated a short walk away from the castle and the city centre of Vadstena. The building has been carefully rebuildt by the owners of this B&B, a very friendly and welcoming couple. In the morning we had also a lovely breakfast in the common kitchen. A very special, historical. peaceful, cosy and beautiful place to stay in a garden with short walking distance from the centre. Excellent breakfast including products from own garden. We got good advice on what to see in the surroundings. Cycle renting and EV charging were available

Lina and Karl put lots of love into the house as well as hosting guests. One of the best breakfast I have ever eaten with plenty of home made products. The house and rooms are decorated with care and you feel at home. Very comfortable and I would stay here any time again. Short walk into the City Center and water side.

Lina and Karl were fantastic hosts- the breakfast was very fresh and tasty, the rooms comfortable and clean. The decor of the bed and breakfast was very homely and well curated, with a very comfortable shared living room. I highly recommend a stay here!

This was a very rustic property, it was a typical Scandinavian experience! The room was spotless and beautifully presented. The facilities were great too. Breakfast was prepared for us as a buffet. A lot of the food had been prepared by the owners. For example, the bread, yogurt and muesli were all homemade. There was a good selection of food to choose from. The owners were very friendly and gave us lots of information on the local area. They recommended places to visit and restaurants to eat in. This would be a great place to stay if you like birdwatching. There is a nature reserve close by where 100's of cranes and other birds are found. The reserve has great facilities and is only about 20 minutes from the accommodation.
