I had a specific request for a handicap accessible superior room mentioned at the time of booking the room. The staff had neither called nor informed me about not reserving the same and above that told that a handicap accessible does not mean handicap friendly room which they had allotted to someone.

“Horrible.”
Unclean room. No towels and dental kit were kept. Kettle was not working. The power tripped at night. The room changed at midnight was unclean with leaking bathroom floor.
