“Property closed but booking.com doesn't know. Fraud property.”
The property is closed by authority. But still booking.com is taking bookings. I have the pictures of sealed doors of reception. I already complained to booking.com but no response. I didn't get back my money. Horrible experience, I had to go back to trabzon to stay.
