All new apartment, host is holding several apps in building along with cleaning personnel and manger. Fully equipped with kitchen things, capsule coffee mashine, heating floors in wc, air conditioning. Building has elevator, it is working from backip generator - this is important nowadays. Price is higher comparativwly to similar (and better located) appartments but exprience quality also high. App feels more comfortable and costly. Vivid vew from balcony. Host company is working with clear payments, without maneuvers such as booking cancellations in exchange to small discoint

“Great stay in a new apartment”
This was a great stay in a lovely apartment - newly renovated, peaceful and quiet, hosts were super responsive and very helpful. A+ service! We loved everything.

The apartment is very new and in a quiet but convenient location only 15 minutes walk to the town centre. The hosts are very professional and accommodating, and nothing is too much trouble. Our apartment had wonderful views over the town from the good sized balcony. Highly recommended and we will definitely return next time we're in Uzghhorod.
