Excellent location with beautiful views, easy to access. Rooms are comfortable and clean and the communal kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need.

We were travelling on a budget. The cost was great and it was an added bonus to have free tea and coffee and to be able to bring and prepare your own food in the kitchen. And convenient parking right outside. The host sent a lovely greeting in advance and clear instructions as to how to access our room. The lovely historic little town and river provided us with a great evening walk to relax after a long day driving.

Flexible check-in (using a code which was sent by email a few hours before we arrived). Good value for money. Easy access and free parking on the street, just a couple of meters away. We had a decent room and the shower had nice, hot water. Good coffee machine.

There were several things that we did not understand regarding this hotel: 1) that you needed a code to enteryour room as it is unmanned. The owner showed us that he had sent the code through but Booking.com didi not pass it on. 2) it should be clearly stated that the entrance to the hotel is a simple doorway. We were looking for a hotel entrance. 3) the walls are thin so you can hear everyhting that other guests are saying or doing. However, the room was very clean with nice views over the river and it was good value for money. The kitchen/dining room is large and well kitted out for those who want to cook with a fridge & freezer for their use.

This was our 3rd stay at Residence Le11B and it didn't disappoint We had the family studio which was clean comfortable and had a kitchettte so that we could self cater in the room We did also use the communal room and had a nice chat with other residents The boulangerie next door is a bonus for breakfast croissants We have not so far experienced the noise commented on in some reviews - it was peaceful and quiet

“A pleasant, inexpensive stay in beautiful, historic Uzerche”

I liked the location next to the river and below the original medieval village - the abbey, the chateaux. The room was good size with desk, cupboard, ensuite toilet and shower. While it’s an older building and my room was decorated faux-medieval with cloth ceiling, it was clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly and quietly during very hot weather. There is a bakery next-door and a crêperie too.

Great price for a nice room. The have no bike storage but we put them in the halfautomatisch next to the stairs.

Mostly everything! My only minor comment is about pillows. They were a bit hard for me. Other than that - perfect location, perfect organization!!! Great hospitality and comfort!Thank you!

“Convenient for a brief stay”

Spacious quadruple room, nicely decorated. Beds okay, cute communal room with good facilities. The coffee machine was nice and there was a good selection of tea too! Very good price! And gorgeous location. No car park onsite that we know of, but plenty of on street parking.

Good place for a budget stay. Very central. Well equipped shared kitchen. All went fairly smoothly. Sufficient parking on road side opposite the building.

We enjoyed everything about our stay Our room 'la chamber romantique' was clean warm and very comfortable and we enjoyed having a view over the river Verzere from the window There were lots of extra thoughtful touches such as an iron and ironing board The communal kichen/dining room, which has a balcony overlooking the river, was a bonus It was well equipped with a large fridge, cooker, micro wave and dishwasher plus enough crockery, kitchen utensils and pots and pans to self cater for a large group We ate out at one of the number of nearby restaurants in the evening but we had breakfast in the kitchen after buying croissants from the boulangerie which is almost next door Thank you Lillian for a very pleasant stay We hope to be back
