“Amazing place”

The property is super nice, the rooms are spacious and super clean, the kitchenette is fully equipped and also you have a parking for free. Beds a confortabile and the pool area super nice and clean The owners are amazing and they help you all the time when you need. They recommend places for visit, to rent a car, all what you need. The location is closed to the park and beach and around are restaurants with super good food. I highly recommend this place.

“Amazing pool and gardens”

We loved Sara's place! The apartment was clean and the Aircon worked well! The best thing was the garden and pool were amazing to relax in. The pool was really clean and we really enjoyed swimming in it as the weather is very hot in Uvita. Sara and her husband were so lovely and gave us a lift a couple of times including to the bus stop when we left with our bags which would have been a very sweaty walk! The area was great, a short distance to restaurants and the whale tour agencies and only 5 minutes to the beautiful beach.

“We were hoping for a relaxing stay by the pool but the pool was small and sunbeds uncomfortable.”

The location is great, really close to the beach and lots of choice for family run restaurants and bars. The beach is not ideal for swimming because of sting rays and rip tides.

Our stay at this apartment in Uvita was simply fantastic! The location is amazing, with only 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. It's quiet but also not too remote and you can get everywhere easily by foot or by car. The hosts are super friendly and Yuli and Doña Sara could always be reached and helped us with everything, from tours to washing machines. We really recommend the whale watching tour they can offer you, the guides, Heiner and Hugo, were really knowledgeable and and we saw many whales. The apartment itself is really good aswell and features all the amenities you need and everything was clean. They also cleaned it regularly during our stay and always provided new clean towels. All in all we want to thank Yuli, Doña Sara and the whole family from the bottom of our hearts and we would definitely recommend staying here if you're heading to Uvita (which you absolutely should, it's breathtaking)!

Nice little apartment very close to the beach, we were very kindly allowed to check in early . Host gave us some local numbers for trips and advised about restaurants, laundry etc Lovely stay!

Sara was an excellent host, most helpful and nice. The accommodation was lovely and idyllic. The location is perfect for access to the beach, some restaurants and the shops are a 15 minute walk.

Staff was amazing, they were taking care of us, keep asking if we need anything. It is close to the beach, far from the supermarket. In the appartment was fridge, coffee maker, one pan a ricecooker. Pool was always clean. In both rooms were airconditions.

Quiet area 5 mins from beautiful beach. Lots of birds flying around - a lovely noise to wake up to. 3 nice restaurants on the same road. Small pool which was lovely in the afternoon/ evening to cool down after a hot day. Clean room and comfy beds. Good air con.

Nice garden and pool area. Lovely staff -friendly and helpful. Quite good facilities in kitchenette - rice cooker, fryer, microwave, coffee maker, grill. Nice bar next door. Great taxi recommendations for Nuayaca Falls.

“Excellent high quality place”

The cleanest place during our 3 weeks travel. High quality things . Great swimming pool, with fancy lights during evenings. Very pleasant owner Sara!

Easy check in and spotlessly clean. It was lovely to cool off in the pool in the evening, and there are lots of places to eat nearby. We only stayed one night, but would be great for longer.
