Superb location. Uvita is very spread out, this is a nice area with very nice restaurants and a 2 minute walk to the park entrance. Very helpful staff. They only speak a little English, so used translator app.

A Lovely friendly lady checked us in. Comfy, clean ensuite double. Well kept grounds with pretty plants and bird life. Parking space in front of cabin. A short walk from the national park. The site has a gated entrance which is closed at night but guests are given a key for that. The area seemed very safe but that added to the feeling of security. The shower was superb and there was a fridge in the room, plates, mugs, glasses and cutlery which was useful.

The best hosts in Costa Rica that you can wish for. They have the great tips on what to do and are really fun people! The room was superclean, and after we saw how thorough they clean rooms we understand why (they even put the beds upside down while cleaning!). It's 2 minutes walk from the beach. We found the beds very comfy, together with the airco a good rest.

This property is an absolute gem! Given the low price compared to many places we had stayed, we were not sure what standard to expect. It was very clean, comfortable, had air con, hot water, spacious bathroom, shelves with hangers, an outside patio seating area, and car park space. The owners were expecting us on arrival, promptly came to welcome us, and despite neither of us speaking each other’s language much we were made to feel very welcomed. The location is superb - there is a fantastic falafel restaurant next door, 10-15 minutes walk to main town, 5 minutes walk to entrance to Marino Bellena National Park. Outstanding value for money.

“Excellent location and value for money in Marino Ballenas NP”

If you are in Uvita for the Marino Ballenas national park (and/or diving in Isla del Canos), location is excellent, just a short stroll to the park entrance, the dive shop, and the restaurants there. Communication was good after the first hiccup (when I got a message in Spanish of "no space on the property" a few days before arrival and no response to my questions about it for a while on Booking chat). Room is no thrills but with basic comforts and clean, wifi and a/c worked very well. All in all, very good value for money.

Top Location Really nice host who speaks french and spanish but is accomodating with hands and feet to find a language together ;)

“Great stay meters away from the national park!”

Me and my boyfriend stayed there for one night and were really happy with it! Friendly and helpful staff, around 5 minutes walking to the national park, very comfy and clean room. Really recommend it, it exceeded our expectations!
