I was charged twice for my stay, as if it were two rooms, even though we were sharing the same room. Why is this? Our room was actually listed at 850 baht at the reception desk, but according to the program, the room was listed at 1,100 baht on Booking.com, but it only allowed for one person. By pressing the "2 people" button, you're actually paying for two rooms. Trying to explain this to reception this evening, canceling one reservation last night, and talking to the manager this morning led to nothing. The hotel staff kept insisting it was my fault and that I should contact Booking.com. I'm absolutely outraged that I was charged for two rooms. Apparently, the hotel made a mistake when filling out the form on the website, and now everyone who stays in one room with two people is charged for two rooms. This is unacceptable and constitutes fraud. All future hotel guests and Booking.com management need to be made aware of the unacceptability of such manipulations.

All of the staff were very kind and polite with every detail of our stay. We had a comfortable standard room. The location was great. We loved the chicken and rice for breakfast! We will be returning to stay here when we visit Thailand again. Thank you to Khun Peechit and staff.

We were hesitant about this property in such a small town, but it was actually very clean and we really enjoyed our one night stay here. We had a spacious room with a balcony and a nice view. The price for one night was really cheap and we even had a breakfast here. It was also only a 13 minute walk from the train station. I would definitely recommend this place for a short stay.

No one speaks English. really no one. "Breakfast" is no breakfast. you can get one sort of cookies and toast with yam. In my case there was no bread any more, so I ate 2 cookies for breakfast.

Staff were amazing and very accommodating, we arrived last minute late at night for an emergency stop in our trip up to chiang mai. We wanted to find a shop to buy a phone charger and the staff told us where to go and even gave us a couple of push bikes to get us there quicker. Rooms were clean and beds nice and big. Breakfast was satisfactory for a freebie. Rooms are pretty cheap too. Would recommend to anyone.
