Really nice apartment hotel in the edge of the old town on the canal shore. Well equipped, clean apartments, and the beds were also comfortable. The old down starts on the other side of the canal.

The digital key system works very well. The location was excellent, with nearby places to eat in restaurants, drink in bars and shop for food. It was very close to the centre but a short walk of about 7 minutes out, where it was quieter. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

Great location about 15 minutes walk to Utrecht station. A very comfortable and large studio apartment with a separate bedroom and a small bathroom. Good seating and dining areas and a balcony big enough to sit and eat. Welcoming staff on arrival but complete independence during our stay. Good value for the price.

Spacious courtyard and bedroom. Place was clean and the second bedroom provided a great spot for our bags, clothes, etc.

The apartment was so nice and comfortable. It was very clean and equipped with everything you could need for a brief stay, including all kind of kitchen's tools, dishwasher and soaps. The position is great, at walking distance from the city center, the train station and an important bus stop (Neude), so you could easily go around the city and near by. People have been very welcoming and communication has been easy. I'd definitely recommend this place to friends and family and I'd come back if I need to go back to Utrecht.

The location in superb. Overlooking a beautiful canal but only 15 minutes walk into the centre of town. My apartment had decent kitchen facilities but possible could bnefit from a microwave. The sofa was comfortable and the tv had all major internet channels. The double bed was two singles pushed together.

The ekey worked for check-in after office hours. I didn't use the physical key in the end but it was very important to have it available just in case something went wrong.

The person at the reception was very kind and helpful. The location of the apartment was very central. It was quiet and there was a pleasant private balcony.

Very comfortable and well located.

Spacy and well equipped apartment, there are maybe 20 or so spread along three floors. This gives the feel of being in a modern hotel but the apartments are far more roomy and comfortable than typical hotel rooms and include facilities for self catering. Some apartments face a canal and others the courtyard in a peaceful area of the city a short walk to the main tourist attractions. The stairs were easily managed by a group of healthy sixty and early seventy years olds.

The Perfect canalside and tree-lined location, spotlessly clean, comfortable and stylish accommodation (great bed), friendly and helpful staff - really can’t fault it.

I rang the property on arrival in Utrecht and met a very friendly property team who were already there. They had a very useful/clever app/web link that allowed you to open doors with your mobile but they also provided key cards too. My friend and I were on the ground floor in a very roomy twin room which was clean with very comfy beds. The shower room was small but functional and clean. We had an excellent stay at an excellent property in an excellent location.

Great location, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, good bedding. Rooms had a full kitchen, which we didn't use. Good price compared to mist options in Utrecht, which is not a cheap city.
