- Ideal location for me as I wanted to be slightly away from the noise of the city center and not too far from the UU/UCU campuses - Very appealing/designer style, including a great bedroom area, nice couch, large balcony and high ceilings - Great shower - Fully stocked kitchen that even included washing up liquid and sponge, dishwasher pellets, towels, etc. - High-quality bedding and linens - Quiet location at the back of the building overlooking the courtyard

The location is excellent - a beautiful and quiet residential area by the canal, and the apartment itself is very comfortable. Despite being fairly small it has a feeling of a much larger space with very high ceilings and a lovely good-sized balcony. Very clean and all the mod cons were modern, of good quality and easy to use. Really nice modern bathroom. Good, fast wifi. Good, albeit basic cooking setup for making simple meals. I would happily have stayed here for a longer stay.

The location and relevant size for two people

I liked the apartment’s location and its spaciousness the most. It’s also very conveniently furnished with appliances.

We didn't kike the idea of having to call 30 mins before arriving to get the keys handed over in person and it felt like a bit of a hassle to arrange that we could get the keys with a code

Nice location outer edge of city but close to restaurants and close to public transport . Modern and comfortable

Very comfortable apartment in a great, quiet location. Comfortable, short walk into the old city and its many attractions and general ambiance typical of beautiful, historic Dutch cities. If you plan ahead, the train runs from Maliebaan (Museum) Station to Utrecht Centraal hourly during the day for euro3 and that station is only 150m away from the apartment (when you have luggage). The heating worked well - very responsive.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, slept really well. The shower was good, water pressure great. Location was great, lovely walk to markets and cafes, historic buildings, and shops. The rooms had great natural light.

Nice location but a little out of the centre (25 minutes walk). Good facilities.

“A nice stay in charming Utrecht”

The apartment on Maliesingel was a great location in a quiet tree-lined area by the canal and only about 10mins walk to the old town/city centre. It is about 20 mins walk to the central Utrecht station. The staff we dealt with were friendly and responsive. We stayed in Utrecht for 8 nights and were so glad we did. We were able to get to know Utrecht well and also do some day trips to Amsterdam, Gouda, The Hague( to see the Mauritshuis Museum) and Delft. Utrecht is a charming city with picture perfect scenes everywhere. It was busy but not overwhelmed by tourists like Amsterdam and we were travelling in summer.

Good location near the train museum, 5 minute walk to the centre of Utrecht. Big room, great terrace.

This spacious apartment has everything you need for comfort. Stocked with kitchenware for dining in. Large shower. Good towels and linens. Comfortable bed, pillows and sofa. Nice outside terrace with table and chairs. Quiet neighborhood with canal directly across the street. Shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The host who greeted me was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and felt safe.
