The apartment is in a great location, and the host was very friendly and kind. The apartment has everything you might need during your stay. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail — there were even disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, cotton swabs, cotton pads, and even combs provided. I have rarely seen this level of care, even in hotels that cost several times more. I highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

We had the optional breakfast one morning and it was excellent. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and the rooms were a good size. It is about 15 minutes walk into the old town along the side of the canal. I would highly recommend this b & b.

This is the place to be in Utrecht! The host is a wonderful person, and the apartment is just beautiful. We'll be coming back!

The apartment had everything we needed for our short stay. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice. Our host was very friendly The location was a little walk from the station which in turn meant that it was in a lovely quiet location. If you cross the main canal and turn right up the path all the way to the next bridge, there is a lovely restaurant.

The stay was remarkable due to amazing host and cosy flawlessly clean and fully equipped apartment. Delicious rich breakfast was the best kickstart for the rest of the day.

Everything literally was amazing. Jos welcomed us one hour earlier than our check in time, as we arrived earlier than we were expecting, we truly appreciated it. The house had everything you would need, very clean with yards and of course the location was great. Jos gave us 2 bikes as well and we explored the city easily. Highly recommended!

great place, the apartment is brand new, spacious, modern, and has everything. One literally needs to bring nothing. The owner has a bike that can be used freely by guests. I had an excellent stay!

The apartment was lovely and beautifully presented. So clean and welcoming. It was excellently equipped too with a bottle of wine on arrival. Jos was very helpful and friendly.

The host is very friendly and helpful. The room has everything that we needed and even a bit more. Confortable bed and quiet room. A garage is available. For sure i would stay here again!

The apartment is very new, clean and comfortable. Jos is a great host. We could use his bikes for free during our stay and this was awesome. Location is nice, very quiet and 20 min walkling distance from Utrecth Centraal (8 min by bike).
