We stayed in half of the house hosted by Barbara, and it was a truly wonderful experience from beginning to end. Barbara is one of the most caring and attentive hosts we've ever met. When we noticed that the fridge wasn’t working properly, she brought us a brand new one within just a few hours – and this was already in the evening! Throughout our stay, Barbara was always available and ready to help: she reserved tables for us at restaurants, organized our airport transfers, and gave us so many great tips about places to visit and the best beaches in the area. The house was perfectly equipped with absolutely everything we needed – from beach towels to all kinds of kitchen utensils. We even cooked full meals (not just scrambled eggs!) and found everything on hand, including flour, oil, baking soda, and a variety of spices. Barbara had also thought of the small things that made our stay so comfortable – mosquito spray, candles for a romantic evening atmosphere, and more. Even before our arrival, she responded quickly to all our questions and was flexible and understanding. Thanks to Barbara’s hospitality, our vacation was perfect and will stay in our hearts for a long time. We are deeply grateful for her help, care, and kindness. Thank you, Barbara!

Apartment was perfect- a private beach is an addition that blew us away👌🏻 I was in Utjeha before, I like Hladna Uvala beaches but somehow I skipped this place- next time I am not going to search anything else! See you in August🙌

“Perfect summer getaway- just you and private beach”
I didn't know we would have a private beach! We were amazed and shocked when we get down to the beach chairs, then we realized this will be place where we will come back every year❤️ Everything was perfect from check in to check out. Host is so nice and kind and ready to help with everything we asked for. Sometimes you remember the place sometimes you remember people- this time we would remember both, such a great service in a such a beautiful place. High recommend 🤗

Extremely nice place! 😊The host is very helpful, responded operatively. The villa and the place itself are very beautiful, villa is stylish and has its own private beach which was our favourite! The place where we started to value our privacy and now its quite hard to return to croudy beaches... Voli supermarket is 8 min by car, all the best restaurants about 20 min by car. The view from the villa is spectacular.
