As house located close to road, then all noise from there came actually to room. Isolation can be better. The floors and stairs creaked, which made the stay uncomfortable, as the room was on the second floor, the toilet on the first, so that floor and steps creaked when going down or coming back up the stairs.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely rental house, and I can't say enough good things about it! From the moment we arrived, the owner made us feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality and attentiveness. The house itself was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The location was also fantastic, offering a peaceful and relaxing environment. Beautiful location, we found everything we need for a short one night stay. Just couple kilometers from Utena. Very carying and friendly owner, we felt like visiting relatives.

“A good place for a large company, inside and outside”
We had the whole big house and separate building with 2 separate apartments and separate kitchen. We really liked this big kitchen. Since there were a lot of us, it was all ours. A lot of apple trees with delicious apples. Big maples, green lawn around, table tennis and basketball hoop, places for grilling. The host is very helpful.
