You say anything bad about this place. They also supply towls, and the use of washing machine is free. The price is also very good. I'll be staying again anytime I'm in Oskemen, and I recommend you do as well

Excellent place, the owner is very knowledgeable and approachable. The kitchen has got some very good honey (cheap) and a few other items to purchase. Very clean too. The rooms are small but better than the name would suggest.

I had a fantastic experience at this hostel. The location is perfect—many beautiful parks are within walking distance, and there’s a bus stop just nearby. While the hostel is not very big, it has everything you need and is very well-equipped. The manager keeps the place extremely clean and tidy. The sheets and bedding had the fresh scent of laundry detergent, which made me feel at ease. It’s rare to find someone who speaks English in this area, but the manager does, and he’s incredibly kind and helpful. I arrived at 4 a.m., and he personally welcomed me. Even though there were no available rooms at the time, he offered to let me rest in his car for a while—such thoughtful hospitality! As a solo female traveler, I also really appreciated how considerate the manager was about safety. When all other guests were male, he took extra care to ensure I felt secure, which meant a lot. On the day I left, I had trouble finding a ride to the airport, and he quickly helped me get one.

Sergei was a great host; he was readily available and always happy to ask questions and provide assistance. The room was comfortable and clean, bathroom/shower well-equipped.

I really recommend, thats the best hostel which i had in Kazakhstan, much better than average one. Its really clean, bathroom looks nicer than in my own house, owner helped me with everything what I needed. Whats more, in price of hostel you have indeed private room. Location is close to everything what you can want.

Great place to stay while snowboarding at the local ski resort. Sergi is a great host, and he speaks good English and was a grear help with everything. He knows alot about the snow activities here. The place has good facilities. Very clean.

Hostel 5 Capsule was an amazing stay. Sergey helped me with any query I had, even when I had left Oskemen for other villages. He arranged a shared taxi for Katon Karagay too. The hostel is a cozy property with a kitchen. It is kept super clean. The location is very close to shops, cafés and bus stop. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The host was very helpful at the hostel and helped us arrange taxis to altai. The hostel it's self was one of the cleanest we've ever seen. Good location and very tidy. Great value.

Hot shower, fans in the room, snacks available for purchase, free use of washing machine, and most of all a very helpful manager

Extremely clean and modern, the room had sufficient plugs and a fan. Self check-in was possible. Super nice and helpful host who is fluent in English. Well equipped kitchen. The location is very central, just very few minutes walking from the main shopping streets, two lovely parks and one of the rivers. Would definitely stay here again!
