“Great modern place with a fantastic view”

Effective communication with the owner, good location, fantastic view of the sea (cannot stress this enough) and a very comfy bed.

“Wonderful view of Ushuaia and mountains”

The apartment is a very good size. The view from the 5th floor is fabulous. It is not noisy. The heating works very well, it was always warm in the apartment.

Good location and clean

At first I was given a very very tired apartment with several broken items, an uncomfortable bed and dirty bed linen. After mentioning this to the reception I was given one that corresponded to the photos, price and description. Location is very good. There is a very small but very good little supermarket 30 meters from the entrance. Also a bigger one two blocks away. Short walk to the centre etc.

De location is alright. Near a super market and about 15 minutes from the centrum.

“Marvelous Stay in Ushuaia”

Location! Excellent view to the city, mountains and the Beagle Channel. Walk distance to supermarket and restaurants. Modern building. Everything was clean and very well maintained. Staff were always ready for helping with the tours and any information about the city. The building is managed by a great travel agency in Ushuaia (Ushuaia Aventura).

“Never book this apartment - Horrible”

Unfortunately, the apartment didn't look like the one in the pictures, it was dirty, the drain stank in the whole room. It was very shabby, the floor, the furniture and the curtains were broken. The kitchen was very poorly equipped (broken utensils) dirty cloth to wash dishes. There was a lot of mold on the wall. The bed linen had stains and hair. The owner informed us that stains were normal on the bed linen and mold was new to him. Only after asking repeatedly and emphatically were we offered another apartment, which was ok so far. For the price (approx. 159 USD/night) way too expensive and bad. Never book with this provider. The owner didn't respond to my messages and calls, it's really a shame.

“Excellent”

Beautiful modern apartment, amazing large windows looking at the bay and Beagle channel. Simple and very warm and comfortable, great place to rest at the end of the day, specially because we were able to cook and did not have to get out for dinner. Kitchen sufficiently equipped for simple meals. Would be a great choice for families. Wifi didn’t work at first but the issue was very quickly solved once we reported this. Communication with hosts was very good.

The apartment was of good size, it had huge widows, a balcony and a great view to the sea. The laundry service was good.

“Pleasant but not 100%”

The apt has all glass facing out providing nice natural light and a great view. Fairly spacious. Quiet. Elevator to the 5th floor. Pots and pans etc were sufficient.

The apartment is located in a decisive position, only 5-10 minutes away from the city center.
