“Better than expected.”
Very good location, 10 minutes walking to the main street. The shuttle buses of my trip activities can stop by this hotel. The hotel is very clean and staff are very friendly.

I had a very pleasant stay. The price–performance ratio was absolutely fair and the accommodation felt warm and comfortable. The location was perfect and made everything easy to reach. Overall a great experience and good value for money.

“it would like some added value”
There was a big difference between the staff on duty. But it could have been communication in the English language, so it was normal care. Breakfast was tasty, but standard as in all of Chile. The hotel had an Alpine character and a lot of space for relaxation. Although the location was close to the center, it was a difficult climb up the hill. Ideal for those who want to keep fit.

“Helpful - but problematic configuration”
Staff were helpful as I had just got out of the ER. Sunny foyer. Places to relax. Room was pleasant and had a view over the water. Breakfast was good for Argentina which is pretty poor at breakfast. But why so much stuff in non-recyclable plastics? Good WiFi.
