The location was incredible for those wanting to escape the tourist buzz of downtown Ushuaia, but still within walking distance for those who enjoy a decent stroll. Also closish to supermarket. Propert had a true rustic feel and views were amazing.

Very close to the airport. Friendly , great mountain view while having breakfast. We asked to leave the place after a few hours after check out.. Which was OK. Nice living room.. Relaxing. Thanks for everything.

Very good location of this mini-hotel. The building is obviously old in a good way, but very cosy. Ideal for those who need to fly early to the airport (25-30 minutes walk to it)

Although the place is located a few kilometers from the city center, its location is good, for example a short distance to the airport. You can walk from/to the airport. There is plenty of parking place for a rental car on a nearby street. The view of the mountains is wonderful.

“Perfect, would stay again if I ever come back to Ushuaia”
For me it was a perfect stay in Ushuaia. A local house where you feel the atmosphere and coziness and also have wonderful views from room, kitchen and the garden. Located near the intersection of roads to the town center, airport and Tierra del Fuego National Park. Not in the city center but I see it as an advantage because it's more quiet and there's more space. The center is just 2 km away which is either a very cheap Uber ride (1-2 EUR at the time when I was staying) or just around half an hour of a nice walk. The hosts were very nice and helpful with everything, I enjoyed my stay a lot and wish I stayed longer.
