“Recommend!”
The spacious property is newly built and has kitchen facilities, and the location in Ushuaia is excellent. It makes everything very convenient—whether it’s sightseeing, dining out, shopping, or picking up groceries nearby to cook your own meals. Matias, who helped with the check-in, was great. They also offer free luggage storage for up to five days, which I really appreciated. Overall, I had a good stay.

Super comfy property ! City center, right near the main street - plenty of shops, restaurants, coffee shops for breakfast and a small market close by in case you need something. Super hot water, really appreciated the extra blanket mainly because we could switch between the bedroom and the living during the night. Very good value for your money ! Extremely quiet, mainly if you are sleeping in the bedroom.

“The owner allowed my check out time to 2 pm as my cruise ship only can check in at 3 pm.”
Convenient prime location in town centre. Just a minute walk to San Martin main street where you can find restaurants, cafes, pharmacy stores, tour guides, souvenir stores and supermarket. Also a few minutes to the seaside to see the sunken ship.

“Perfect choice”

Great location and beautiful apartment. Good storage for baggage as we arrived early. Bed is comfy and the complex feels secure. Initial first impressions when we wanted into the property was ‘wow this is warm and looks geeat’. Very modern.
