“Secluded Luxury Hotel that delivers great comfort”

Its an extremely comfortable resort type hotel. The hotel experiences we signed up to (specially the Alpaca experience) were done very well. Food-wise, they had a very good offering at breakfast and room services.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I did not expect this huge well designed room. Everything in the room was perfect. Dressing room is a plus, the bathroom is big and well organized. The room is big and very comfortable. The bed and the pillows are the best. We love the terrace and the view. Breakfast is perfect with big varieties and great service. The experience of checking in and out was so smooth. We had the best time.

Food is absolutely delicious, with great selections. Spa was oasis of comfort The concierge was extremely helpful and patient, helped me to book train tickets and local transport. Their resturant opens 5:30am so we could take a bit or grab some take-away before we boarded the train for Machu Pichhu, which itself was a great comfort. Staff is genuinely warm and welcoming!

“Best choice to spend some time in sacred valley in a luxury hotel”

This was our second time to go to this hotel. I like so much the rooms, the huge common spaces and the wellness. The coffee machine in the room is a real extra. We traveld to Machu Picchu with the train (from the hotel’s train station) - it’s very comfy.

Stunning property with glamorous designs and an amazing spa. The restaurant offers great peruvian cuisine, and there is a bar with international food as well. Staff is very supportive to accomodate special needs and plan services. We had a great relaxing time after our journey to Machu Picchu, and that gave a nice touch to the end of our trip.

Lovely property, great staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Beautiful grounds with a “raging” river running alongside. We really enjoyed the hotel but it is on the pricey side and the constant musak is a little loud and intrusive.

This spa hotel is amazing. Best hotel we stayed in Peru We tried the spa and it was very good and reasonably priced huge rooms, excellent view, extremely comfortable. very recommend this hotel very much

Everything! the hotel itself is in a fantastic setting in the valley by the river. The building is contemporary but in keeping with its setting and the decor is to a very high standard and very stylish. The rooms were fantastic. very good size, great aspect onto a lawn, beautifully decorated and very well maintained. the staff are all fabulous- without exception. Isaac the concierge persevered in trying to get ahold of us while we were on the Inka trail to arrange to collect us at a town near the hotel while he then arranged for our bags to be collected from Cusco and brought to the hotel. Raul and the waiting staff could not have been more attentive. and the food and drinks (a bit pricey) were excellent!
