“Amazing resort stay”

I loved that the property was big and beautiful. It was clean and well maintained. The facilities like bike renting, alpaca feeding, planetarium were exciting. We learnt a lot in the planetarium. The breakfast at restaurant had good variety and tasted well. Alpaca feeding was fun. The rooms were comfortable and big. There’s breakfast lunch and dinner in the restaurant.

Really beautiful hotel, super clean, wonderful and kind staff, great restaurant, adorable alpacas on site, multiple on-site activities per day. We even booked a stargazing tour on site and it was fantastic. One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Short drive to Ollantaytambo where you can get the train to Machu Picchu.

Tranquillity

Stayed with family, with a 4 year old kid. Hotel was really good, with a large garden where kid could play. Rooms were awesome. There is a bonfire service every night, where you get to sit around with other families, very nice. Staff was very helpful.

It is very beautifully designed with vast gardens and pretty chalets. Nice extras like local arts and crafts for sale, an alpaca to feed.

Switched to this hotel after staying at another one which was bad. Room was great, clean & views across the mountain amazing! Staff are friendly, attentive & nothing is too hard. Breakfast buffet is really good!

The whole complex is large and beautiful. There is room to play for children, even small one and a baby sitter service. During the day you can come and feed alpacas. The breakfast is excellent, rooms very big and comfortable.

Great Hotel set up with nice views

We stayed in this hotel for a week, and enjoyed every minute of it. The rooms are very clean and cozy, beds were perfect. Breakfast is great with lots of stuff. We especially liked the tea station offering local herbs. Also, 4 cute baby alpacas are visiting the area every day to polish the ideal Andean landscape.

The staff made this stay. Very happy and attentive. Javier in particular was great! We had booked the jacuzzi and steam room and without asking he came to pick us up in the golf buggy from the bungalow we were in. This was so welcome and a lovely surprise as we had a very long and tiring day and it was little touches like that that were appreciated. The open fire in the bar area was fab. Lovely to unwind with a cocktail or a glass of wine and have a meal there. The staff also helped us book a private tour of Ollaytantambo, Moray and Las Salinas. I highly recommend that trip. Very interesting and the guide was fun. It’s a fantastic base to acclimatise before Machu Picchu. Amazing trip all round. The gardens are exceptionally beautiful. How lovely when the gardening team also says hello! The staff have been through a lot with many tourists deciding not to travel. It’s so sad. Please go as they really do depend on tourism and deserve to be visited. You won’t regret it!!! The array of food at breakfast was great. Nothing you could have wanted that wasn’t provided.
