Nice property, but off the beaten path. Once you are there you are kind of stuck. Its a good 10 mins by car to closest town on an uncomfortable dirt road

The spa facilities were great, amazing massage and "water room". I recommend stay for a few nights of r'n'r during your time in Peru Very safe, clean sheets and towels, and i slept well.

Stunning setting and amazing spa with best massage I’ve ever had (and I had many).

We had the most amazing stay as part of our honeymoon and were treated so nicely by everybody. Our room was really comfortable, cosy and felt in keeping with the environment. The hotel is nestled in an area of astounding natural and spiritual beauty. We can’t wait to go back.

The location was nice but the spa of the hotel had to be paid separately so should not be called spa and wellness hotel and then you find out it’s quite a lot on top to pay for a simple pool plus sauna / steam

It was a beautiful hotel and Holly greeted us and was so lovely. Lucia was super helpful with the booking and the spa facilities and staff were amazing. It’s a beautiful hotel and the breakfast was really lovely too.

Our stay was absolutely magical. We really enjoyed. Best place in Peru by miles! It gave us the energy we needed after the retreat in the jungle and we’ll definitely be back. I’ll be bringing a special girl when I meet her and will definitely be using the spa this time as it looks incredible… Thank again and ryou Lucia your the best very professional service very good English and good at helping us have our best day possible cinema night was amazing as well put a recommended film and put it in English for us. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and again Lucia deserves a pay rise

“Very dissapoitning and frustrating.”

The air conditioning system didn't work - they lied about it, telling us there is no air conditioning (but the units on the wall and the ventilation have told otherwise. We're talking about a location at an altitude of over 9,000 feet, in the winter, with temperatures just above freezing; the television set is not hooked to ANY service provider; there are no light-blocking shades in the room etc.... It is a shame as it is maintained to a high standard and is beautiful. We (5 people) all share this disappointment.

“Gorgeous Hotel in Sacred Valley”

We really enjoyed this beautiful hotel. We had a beautiful colonial style room with very comfortable beds. The hotel grounds are also very beautifully organized. The breakfast was delicious, we even ate local exotic fruits. The hotel staff is beyond praise. We were very helped during 4 days by the manager Marina Romero in organizing many of our requests. We especially enjoyed the massages done by Yuddina and Kristina in the spa salon. They are incredibly talented masseuses! A huge thank you to them for the fact that we received true relaxation after a busy active day. We recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend a luxurious time in Sacred Valley.

“Relaxing and restorative retreat.”

Everything was amazing. This is my second stay in one year and I want to make it a yearly trip! The staff are lovely, the facilities are great, the setting is stunning and the rooms are gorgeous. There is nothing to fault. Special shout out to the girls at the spa! The treatments are incredible and they are so lovely. Our girls Margot, Yudelina, Cristina, Nairuth, Yesica.
