The staff were very friendly and attentive. The rooms were detached and located in a beautiful relaxing garden (with running streams) away from reception and restaurant. The room was well appointed with a balcony overlooking the garden. The property has a pool and hot tub. The restaurant provided good quality and varied food. Each evening the staff lit a fire in our room adding to the relaxing and comfortable experience. We were also able to store our luggage whilst visiting Machu Picchu overnight.

Very friendly staff members; boutique style accommodations which is what we liked. Fine facilities and good ambiance.

Staff was welcoming and accommodate our request for a better room. The garden was pleasant with many trees and running water. Breakfast buffet was good (excellent guacamole). Food offered at diner was also excellent.

We loved our stay here to acclimatize to the altitude and explore the valley. Beautiful gardens and the family room was perfect for us. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great styling, fabulous garden and we all enjoyed the pool at the end of each day.

“Beautiful stay”

Beautiful botique hotel surrounded by lush gardens, hammocks, and mountain views. We spent hours in the jacuzzi, watching birds from a hammock during the day, and stargazing at night. The hotel is quite remote, but the restaurant makes up for it with their delicious and reasonable priced food (each main course at average 50 soles). We particularly loved their trout, lomo saltado, and pasta. One evening, they even set up a bonfire for our dinner, which made it extra special. Service from the team was warm, attentive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a quiet escape with great food and a beautiful garden setting, Andenia is a wonderful choice.

The property was absolutely beautiful. We had an incredibly good night's rest and loved the location. It would have been great to have more time to spend just in the hotel. If you like boutique hotels this is a great find. Everything feels very personal and the location is incredibly peaceful and in touch with nature. The eucalyptus in the shower is also a wonderful touch.

This place was beyond my wildest dreams. So so so good. It makes you feel so peaceful! The interiors, the garden, the food, the fire under the stars, all amazing. It felt like staying in paradise. The bed was so comfortable! The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had in a hotel. I wish I could have stayed at least a week.

Our stay at Andenia was absolutely wonderful. We were celebrating our engagement and the staff took special care of us, and were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I was even having some issues with insomnia, and they were considerate enough to coordinate an appointment with the nearby hospital. The property is absolutely gorgeous and bungalow rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff brings by hot bottles for the bed each night, will set up the fireplace on request, and food from the restaurant can be ordered directly to the room via Whatsapp. There is also an on property laundry service for those who are doing extended traveling. You are just 10 minutes from Urubamba and can coordinate cab services (though we recommend taking the colectivo shared vans, which are incredibly cheap and efficient). Be sure to take full advantage of the amazing hikes in every direction - when you return, the recently installed pool and hot tub are lovely for an early evening, post-hike hot/cold dip.

Everything about this place is perfect. Located in a beautiful mountain view valley with a fantastic fruit garden, this place is a perfect getaway location to spend some quiet and relaxing time. Supervisor Karel was the nicest person we met in Peru, she did a superb job helping and assisting us. The beds were one of the most comfortable ones we have ever slept in. The hotel has a fantastic design which makes the stay so much more enjoyable.
