“Never - Bad services”
Uruapan has been advised not to travel by the US, Canadian, British and other foreign ministries... Rioting by the drug cartels. Shooting in the streets - Mexican army in the streets of the city. The hotel refused to give us a refund when canceling the reservation, saying they were not interested.

“Good service from a great staff.”
Great staff, well managed hotel. Good bed with wonderful sheets. Plenty hot water. Good breakfast. Nice restaurant. Very quiet.

“fun, relaxing, comfortable.”
Reataurant was great. The pool right by the restarant was so helpful. We could eat and let the kids swim and were abl eto watch them. The beds were so comfortable, the air quality was also really good.

The elevators were both out of service at midnight when we came back from dinner, we had to go up four floors, being very tired

“I will definitely be staying here in the near future. My experience with the staff was excellent.”
Access to the internet (wi-fi) was excellent. Comfy bed. super clean. and staff provided excellent customer service.
